Stadt Posted 9 December 2024 Posted 9 December 2024 Seems like a big unit that is dangerous in the box, good at dribbling, carrying but his passing and defensive work are underdeveloped looking at his FBref. 1 1

Definitely but players don't really develop areas they're so insufficient in. Danny Simpson was as limited going forwards at 21 as he was 31, Winks has never added assists to his game. Iversen will always be bad with his feet etc. Players have their strengths and weaknesses, they tend to improve in the areas they're strongest in. I could be wrong unless it's due to such a small data sample I can't seen Banzuzi ever being a pass master. 3
-sodapop Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 Looks like he's off to Monaco (or West Ham if they can gazump them)

Even if he doesn't want to come here, can't we profit? How is it any different from Newcastle being able to sell to Saudi clubs?
LCFCJohn Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 Top/Rudkin can’t even sort out a transfer between two clubs they own/are DOF for 2
moore_94 Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 Although the player has been well observed by Monaco scouts this season, Oud Heverlee Louvain has not received any written offer from #ASMonaco so far for Ezechiel Banzuzi.

LestaLad Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 Can’t even sign someone from our other club hahaha
moore_94 Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 I am sure everyone would be thrilled with us signing a 6th defensive mid when we have much more pressing concerns in other positions at the moment Monaco haven’t even bid for him, so we haven’t missed out on anything 2

DezFox Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 Player probably doesn’t want to come to us, or we don’t want him. Is he a dm? Probably not needed then.

Do we need one as desperately as we need a right back, centre back, winger, or striker I don’t believe we do Wilf isn’t out long term either and should be back soon 1
jonny_wright Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 If true and we wanted him it’s flabbergasting, Rudkin would have signed this off to Monaco, effectively ruling out his own club from signing him. Quite incredible

wardyfox86 Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 It's the most obvious "sign him now and loan him back to them" I've seen. Surely if his trajectory is only upwards we should be sanctioning this deal as swiftly as possible. Low fee with a hefty sell-on % The same thing we should have done with Mandela Keita, baffling. 2

And we’re letting him go, like that
Blodge96 Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 Fabrizio has just confirmed this. Laughable that we're not leveraging our multi-club model
FrankieADZ Posted 7 January 2025 Posted 7 January 2025 multi club model and we dont even use it, we really do have idiots running the club dont we
