If protocols are followed then sadly he can.  He’ll miss a number of wolves matches. Unfortunately I think our game could come too early for his suspension. I’d expect wolves to appeal any sanction above 3 matches. I’d expect that with Xmas period upcoming that could delay his suspension for a couple more games.  Wolves have till Thursday evening to submit their thoughts. Hopefully his sanction is issued on Friday. If not, then he plays against us.  If he receives a ban more than three games and wolves appeal the length then I’m not sure if the whole five games have to wait until the appeal has been heard.

It’s madness if he plays Sunday though, what if he does some serious damage to someone if the red mist comes down again?

He needs to go on an anger management course before he steps onto a pitch again. It’s not Cantona’s king fu kick but it’s in that vein.

Wouldn’t any appeal run along side any suspension like in the case of Spurs & Bentancur's?

I'm seeing people say this isn't a must win lol

Where do people expect us to actually win games, if we can't win what is arguably our 3rd or 4th easiest game all season? If you're saying this isn't "must win", you're saying you're happy with 2 or 3 wins all season.

I expect us to win matches at various times throughout the season because hopefully we won't be as bad as we were against Newcastle for the rest of the season.  But we might be this weekend.

I find it funny when people talk about 'must win' games like their life depends on it.

It's an important game, and it would be bloody good if we did win. But if we lose we can still respond, same way if we win we can go the rest of the season without picking up a point.

Obviously the 3 points helps, especially with the games we have afterwards.

Rubbish but lose on Sunday and we are down I tell you

I would agree with that

a loss would be catastrophic

Having seen bits of the Newcastle game tonight, we never really stood a chance with their midfield vs who we had fit. They destroyed a Brentford A/B side tonight. So it’s not worth catastrophising about last week.

Interesting that the social media accounts haven’t been inundated with the usual training videos. Focus hopefully.

They've had the week off!

We can’t conceding the amount of shots on goal that we have done.

Hermansen has kept us in games, as he’s going to be an elite level keeper.

Whilst I’m not as big a critic of others of Ward, he is nowhere near at that level of Hermansen.

I also think if Wolves click, similar to Crystal Palace, they’ll be a better team than they are currently showing.

We also can’t face the number of shots we did against Newcastle / West Ham.
