If Top recognised he's not a leader like his father than he would get people in who knew what they were doing. A proper DoF for example. There would have been no harm in him admitting this early on and putting the plans in place like a proper chairman would. I think Matt Piper had it right last night when he said this more or less. 

To carry on in this aimless and clueless fashion is bringing the club, the fans and King Power into a ludicrous and laughable position.

Are the negligent board members staying within a failed structure at a nosediving football club because: 

 

1. He genuinely doesn't think anything is wrong enough to force action, despite evidence to the contrary. 

2. His blind loyalty to Rudkin and Whelan is preventing action.

3. He doesn't know what to do. Indecision paralysis. 

4. He doesn't care.
