King Power Out

If he came on the pitch and said look I apologised that he ****ed up, from now on we are going to do better. Starting with sacking Rudkin with immediate effect and removal from the stadium and all the other incompetent bell ends that got us here too, then states a clear plan where we install a proper DOF, not some apprentice from city group, and a proper business minded CEO. Advises they are going to clear out all of the rotten players and bring in a young up and coming manager to start from the end of this season. Then id accept him staying as owner, problem is he wont do any of that, he also wont do anything else either. It will be more of the same.

For me I think it has gone too far, and I expect the replacement would be from Manchester City.

Gives him a stay of execution, but Top still needs to go.

The culture is set from those at the top of the company, he clearly is setting the wrong one.

If Top actually sacked Rudkin would it make any difference to some people’s thoughts or has it gone too far ?

Not for many on here but FT isn't representative of the fanbase. It would buy him some time absolutely.

Not gonna happen though. Aiyawatt is thick.

Problem is, Top doesn't have a clue what is going wrong at the club, so he would never sack Rudkin. This is a guy who is still scratching his head as to how we got relegated from the Prem in '23. I get the impression from his interviews that getting him to understand the day to day workings of a football club would be similar to trying to explain thermodynamics to a Labrador.

Bit harsh on Labradors, I'd trust my lab to run the club better than Top..

Wouldn’t make a difference to me.

The damaging thing is having an owner who fans won’t hold to account. That will forever be the case with KP here. We need a complete clean slate and them gone from the club. Rudkin is a symptom not the disease.

Susan Whelan left and Top replaced them with the CFO (while we are right in the middle of serious financial issues) and some women named Monica.

If he sacks Rudkin he will promote glover and some guy named Dave.

A lot of people within the club have been completely fed up with the situation for a year. The penny has turned there for certain. Rudkin turning up to pose with Page is exactly the sort of shit which annoys some of the staff. Still some bury their heads in the sand (on both sides, club staff & fans) but there will be departures out of their own self respect despite being City fans.

If he's willing to show up for the positive press, he should be on the pitch for the last home game

It's a weird thing to lie about, isn't it? If she had been taking in as many games as she claims you'd think the penny would have dropped long before now about the state of the club and the root cause. Renewing multiple season tickets so she can back the lads a bit harder is very odd behaviour.

Sadly for any change to happen I fear the situation needs to turn ugly for them to wake up. Booing and banners don’t seem to be getting the message across, and realistically you aren’t going to get a boycott going considering half our fan base are a bunch of limp dicked submissive NPCs.

We should at the very least be going Just Stop Oil on them and peacefully but obstructively blocking players/staff from leaving the ground.

He holds the role of DOF (or CFO - the other one not the one that matters, thank god) and academy director.  He contributes **** all to either role.

However, if you’re an absent, stupid, delusional, self loving, useless, piece of shit owner that had the keys to the empire handed to you by…erm…you. When your academy director is under pressure and points towards the up and coming youngsters as evidence of his “good job”, you show up to every pic highlighting them.

I’ve got a mate who coaches at City - Rudkin is a hinderance to their work by no means a driving force.

The fact he showed up to the pic is further evidence that the “good guy” out of his depth image is false. The man is a parasite, who was brought up with no morals and lacks any sort of decency.
