It was Man City's worst performance way more than it was our best.

It's difficult not to put in a 'good performance' against opposition on heinous form.

If we weren't so tentative going forward (and obviously heinous going back, but we cant change that with our personnel), we would have won.

Yeah it was a better performance but too many chances missed against a very poor Man City.

Everton got a point off these a few days ago but I guess that's why Everton won't be in the championship next season.

Personally,  not interested in good performances, I'm interested in points.

False comfort because Man City were poor. Not good enough anywhere on the pitch, easy to blame the defence but there's little control further forward even when we have the ball. So much possession, do few chances, sorry but we're easily relegation fodder.

What’s going on with pep could wait till getting in the dressing room before sucking winks off

The worst thing about today is we’re going to get his post match lecture about how good we are. He hasn’t been able to do that to anyone since Russell Martin.

Daka having quite a long convo with Haaland, while Winks having quite a convo with Pep. Wonder what's that all about lol.

Daka and Haaland are off field friends. They played together at Salzburg. I’m sure Haaland has commented on it before.

Winks would slot into that Manchester City Midfield.

Facundo and Bilal have to keep playing together. They'll be the key in most matches as they have so much passion and energy and quality on the ball.

Fully believe as well if Vardy takes that chance we go on to win as opposed to Haaland going the other end and killing the game.

You cant have a defence that cant stop making mistakes coupled with a midfield who cant create opportuniites coupled with strikers  who cant hit a barn door.

And that is pretty much what weve got.

We eeither gamble in January to bring in 4 or 5 players who go straight into thst first team to give us a chance of staying up, or we play it safe and go down with a whimper.

I know where my money lies in terms of how Leicester will approach it

Spend over the limit on crap, do things the Rudders way ;)

That defeat was entirely down to our own mistakes at both ends of the pitch. Signs of a relegated side when you can’t defend and can’t take chances.

The back four are absolutely shocking and bring the rest of the side down. Awful players individually and there’s no organisation with Haaland constantly unmarked.

El Khannouss and Buonanotte both stood out positively (apparently they can’t play together), but Mavididi drove me mad all day with his refusal to take on his man but that was symptomatic of the whole team being ponderous in good positions. Vardy (especially) Buonanotte and Justin all should have scored today. Looked like they were scared to miss and made poor decisions.

Maybe the most frustrating thing is that if Ruud had played that side against Wolves it might have been a completely different game. That is midfield people wanted and it was better than Man City’s today.

Shooting ourselves in the foot springs to mind.

Bright , positive , energetic, looked like a team with a plan and created chances Just didn't take them. Frustrating but I can't see hope and I haven't seen that much this season.

Why is Winks snogging Guardiola and Daka having a 10 minute conversation?

does anyone else realise we’re ****ing down or just us on here?

Theyre millionaires, doesnt  effext them much if we go down.

And Daka played with  Haaland at Red Bull Salzburg

I don't know how people can say we played well. We totally bottled it today lucklustre, slow, basically gifted them the game, championship football here we come, where we deserve to be.

A lot of the build up play was good but ultimately it wasn't great in both boxes and that's where games are won and lost.

Much improvement.

The home results against Everton and Wolves will relegate us.

It puts huge amounts of pressure on us going to Goodison and Molineux, as well as on the home games against Palace, Ipswich and Southampton.

So many positives today even though we lost. Bilal different class. If we can add a couple of quality signings in January and keep our key players fit we may stay up. Reassured that appointing RvN was the right decision. Can't believe Cooper didn't play Bilal. Just shows how rubbish he was.

I think if we have a good January window we stay up.

All the bottom teams are saying that we got a lot to improve
