Yeah, and you know what's hardest to get rid of? The old, average or chronically-injured players on high salaries.

 

What pisses me off is, we've known this for 2 years yet the club sanctioned new contracts for some very questionable 'assets'.

 

Faes, Ndidi, Jannik and Bobby Reid contracted until summer 2027.

 

Skipp until 2029 for God's sake!

They are absolutely one on the worst commercial activities and businesses I've ever know, for a multimillion company it's all so amature. The ticket office, the club shop, the website, catering, the facilities, everything is 3rd rate. It's not surprising the rest if the club operates with similar levels of ineptitude. I'm convinced a competent business leader could have made a lot more money, with better service levels. 

 

This is why I don't by the Vichai was a great man stuff, he was a corrupt billionaires who got a monopoly with backhanders to the king, not a skill businessman. This is the combined result of what 14 years of KPFC incompetence.

The business the owners made their money in is essentially a localised monopoly that was secured in large parts through a very shady relationship with an extremely questionable semi-authoritarian monarchy. The business model is selling tat and crap at marked up prices to folk who have no other choice or are extremely gullible and naive. 
 

If you take that business and context behind it and apply it to the football club and supporter base, it’s quite easy to see why there’s such indignity from the hierarchy at the club now the sheen of the bread and circus has gone and there’s finally some dissent at the negligent and frankly piss-taking operation they’re running.

The basic issue is that Top relies rudkin to do a good job.  Yet despite it being clear that rudkin is poor, Top continues.  The right solutions is for Top to wake up and realise his father's legacy is being tarnished.... he should get professional help in.  

To demonstrate change rudkin must be relieved of his role now.

I’m not disregarding any idea, but a sit in protest would get more headlines nationally than a march externally of the stadium. Just like the exposure we got at Palace away the season we won the PL.

Are the details being held back, so that the club know as little as possible about it for as long as possible maybe? 

I appreciate what your post is asking though, as if details are held back for too long, it may lessen the impact it could have.

I think it's a fair criticism. But also true that we have consciously held back details in order to evade the club. They have been trying to figure out what our plan is (obviously to try and disrupt & distract). 

 

We are releasing details this week.

Good to see this is still going ahead so that those who wish to express their dissatisfaction have a peaceful way to do so.

 

All talk and no walk would be disastrous for our fan base right now. There’s already large scale apathy and the club has taken many decisions that show disregard for the fan base. 
 

The club need to see there is desire for change strong enough for people to join something like this.

Indeed. I think with the likes of Faes, Ndidi, Vestergaard, possibly Justin - is that they were seemingly rewarded with those silly, long contracts as a reward on the back of the Championship winning success last season possibly but it was suicidal to give unproven players like Skipp (hardly a world beater!) a five year contract  - presumbaly done in order to get the likes of him to join in the first place. Ditto Ayew and BDCR re the lesser ones they were given but still three years long!

I've never got to the ground early enough to grab a can of Chang piss, usually in my seat at 2:59pm, isn't there a cut off for the beer??
