I’d like to think we get a decent string of games out of this team. Probably too early for Everton:

Hermansen

Coulibaly

Okoli

Vestergaard

Kristiansen

Ndidi

Soumare

Facu

BEK

BDCR

Vardy

Unless Wilf or Hermansen are fit.

I'd take Soumare over Wilf personally, not sure how the two would work together.

Didn't pretty well in Ruud first to games.

Points with Wilf =14

Without Wilf = 3

Everton’s apparent upturn in form might be a little deceiving.

Brighton have been poor for a while (including against us) and of course the other win was against a hapless Spurs.

Seems DCL might be out for them too, so I think there’s reason to be fairly confident we can get a positive result here.

Who knows - we might even have a new signing in come match day too!

This'll be tougher in a few ways than Spurs. I think they'll fancy themselves to beat us. Moyes will raise the floor of that team quite significantly.

Hard to not be a bit more optimistic after today though I'm not quite at a point of even thinking we'll avoid defeat here yet lol so there's a way to go.

A lot of Wolves fans have accepted that they're down.

We really don't need to be THAT good to survive, just be less crap than the other 3.

A positive result here will go a long way.

They are just doomsdaying. They have had both their tough runs just about and have a much nicer run of fixtures for the rest of the season so they will stay up.

Despite yesterday, I’m still not seeing past the 3 that came up going back down.

Big game for us. 3 points would be massive, especially considering the games we have coming up and looking at Wolves' fixtures too. It's nice to be able to seriously contemplate a win again! For me though our season still hinges on the window, I hope we have some real game-changing incomings on the horizon.

This will be a tougher game against Spurs. Spurs have traditionally destroyed us in terms of our scoring us, but they are always vulnerable in terms of defense. We could carve them open especially this time because of the number of players they missed.

Everton is a different proposition. They are harder for us to break down. We find it hard to break down teams sitting back.

But this is massive for us. If we can get a result, we can start looking to sustain a period of floating just above water.

We were more aggressive and gritty yesterday - will need more of that.

Everton are a powerful side, especially down the spine of their team. Need to find a way of getting Bilal on the ball in between the lines

The spine of their team will likely be weakened considerably by the absence of Calvert-Lewin and Mangala. If RvN gets his tactics right, this is a game we can win.

Their next four are Villa (H), Liverpool (A), Bournemouth (A), Fulham (H). It's feasible they struggle to get one point out of those before they face Everton.

If we are a cat, I think we're on our 8th life at this point. If they get to that game vs. the Toffees and we haven't pulled away from them, that's when we can start planning our away days in Preston and Oxford.

Rather annoyed Ipswich have Southampton

Ipswich have shipped ten in two games and Southampton, while they can't buy a win obviously, have been in their recent games against Forest and Newcastle to varying degrees.

Ipswich are obviously hot favourites, but I don't see that game as a foregone conclusion.

With a spot of confidence, who knows?

It's the same Everton team who were absolutely honking under Dyche and they have injuries to boot. The teams they've beaten are the same teams we beat yesterday and who shipped a two goal lead to us.

Show a bit of grit and determination like in the second half yesterday and we could grind out a result.

I hope Saints beat Ipswich but can't see it.

Big game, 3 points would push us further up and pull Neverton down 🤞

Beating Spurs is a massive boost just need the lads to carry the momentum into this game

I would like to see the same 11 players that against Spurs. I am hoping that we win and get confidence and hopefully get some distance between us and the bottom 3.

If he falls into the trap of thinking the same system and 11will work here then I foresee a long match. Everton will be well drilled, disciplined and look to hit us on the counter. I expect they'll be happy for us to have possession and then look to pounce on the mistakes as we arse around with the ball 40 yards from their goal.

It's so important that the coaching staff realise just how poor Spurs are atm and not start thinking they've cracked some magic code. Despite how poor they were, they still hit the woodwork twice and Stolacyzk has made a couple of worldies.

We really could do with at least 1 new starter if not 2, in by Friday.

Mads and Wilf coming back will be a huge boost, when it finally happens.

Have no idea why everyone’s treating Everton as the second coming of Guardiola’s Barca? They’re beatable. It’s a game we should be looking to win.
