Problem is, who are you going to get and they have to use this squad, our strikeforce alone is worn out or was never all that anyway.

To be honest, I don't think whoever comes in will keep us up, but, for me with the squad we have staying up is unlikely, so I'm not really thinking about that, what I'm focusing on is what the manager is doing with the awful players we have at our disposal, and is that manager showing he has the capability to get the most out of the squad individually, and as a unit, and is the manager showing he has the capacity to build us back up should we go down.

I think we know the answer to all of those questions, sadly.

Cooper wasn’t great, however RVN is basically a Dutch Lampard, or Gerrard.

This is a failed experiment.

We need an experienced head, to win this mini league of 4 teams at the bottom of the table.

i know cooper was shit but i dont see us losing 3 nil against that everton side under him.

Why not - we’re playing the exact same system he was, both with and without the ball.

Ruud has tried to make minor changes defensively, such as engaging higher and defending narrower - but it’s the same horrible setup that offers little in attack and the same in resistance going the over way.

Has to go.

Playing Ayew/De Cordova Reid ahead of Buonanotte week in, week out is enough for me.

Plus, what do they do all week in training apart from Rondo’s? Defence is getting worse.

I doubt any manager could improve our defence. The goals today are unforgivable. I never want to see Faes or vestergaard play for us again

Asking Vesty to defend on the half way line and try to beat strikers/wingers in a foot race is just bad management. Wolves was forgivable because Ruud was so new, but after Palace, Fulham and  now this, the worse result of the lot, there's no defending Ruud. Isolating Facundo, playing Ayew for 90mins, he hasn't got a clue.

It’s a poor group of players he is working with but he isn’t exactly the most innovative of managers I’ve seen, same old 4-2-3-1, same like for like subs around 60-70 mark. Mix it up a bit Ruud !!!

A more experienced manager organises the defence better than RVN. Since he’s been here we must have shipped on average more than 2 goals per game. I appreciate we’ve got a load of duffers at the back but surely someone better suited makes us more solid

I don't think it makes a difference. The team and the club is that bad.....you could have prime fergie in charge and it wouldn't make a difference. He was bought in....given no signings and no back room staff....the definition of handcuffed!

honestly don't care. I've voted no, just because if he goes it's another excuse deflecting away from the real problem of the nepo baby and his butler having control of the club, but wouldn't be sad to see him go.

I wanted him to work but…

Newcastle toe to toe

Wolves collapse

Bilal sub

No change of system despite obvious shortcomings

Everton Collapse

Fulham collapse

Palace collapse

Unable to utilise Facundo

There are so many mistakes. Amateurish. I have no idea who to get.

Think we can get that through Sean Dyche.

We have nothing to lose to sack him, or he just walks. Get dyche in **** it. Doesn’t fix the sh*t show running the club but genuinely nothing to lose sacking this pretender off tbh

They're not running through brick walls for him. I suspect they're not terrified of going into the dressing-room if they've not performed. We're not good enough in terms of ability, but I'm not seeing players fighting for their lives. He was unproven. Big mistake all round. Yet another made by the club. OUT now!

Whats the point?

This club and these players in it's current state is unmanageable.

Nothing changes by sacking the manager in this situation.

Out... But it won't change much.

Why not?  Are we really saying there's no manager out there who could at least get us organised and at least try to make us harder to beat?

Amazingly we are still not down, though I do think it likely but whilst there's hope we need to consider the best way to go and for me it clearly is not RVN.

Yup....even if he goes this weekend.....I don't feel as much as I did when Cooper or Rodgers were sacked

Vestergaard was nowhere near the half way line for their first two goals and Faes was all over the place for third. Ruud was the wrong appointment for our situation, but these are not youth team defenders thrown into the team, they are supposedly international defenders, but they just can't defend.

He's working the ticket, just as Rodgers was two seasons ago.

But he's been knifed by those who wouldn't give him any meaningful amount to spend in this transfer window.

Not even Pep or Ancelotti could do anything with this weak squad.

Expect maximum toxicity when Arsenal dish out a hiding in two weeks' time.
