Edingleyfox Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 Ultimately Wolves are not going to agree to something that strengthens Leicester being only 2 points clear. I don't know what Dawson is like he used to be decent but I would look at this with suspicion to say the least 1
Realist Guy In The Room Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 This is pretty unreal. There is literally no positive spin that can be put on this.
Matt Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 (edited) @whoareyaaa (I forgot to quote the post.) You’ve missed the point. Cooper or not it’s more than likely we’d still have signed Ayew, BDCR and be looking at Dawson. Edited 3 February 2025 by Matt
Bablemikey Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 I mean one look at the goals conceded column tells you what our biggest issue is, but is Dawson going to fix our defence? It would be an impact greater than Huth had.

Maybe this is the master plan Me too. Anything to keep Lurch and Side Show Bob from playing. 3

Whether it would work better than Faes and Vesty, I’m not sure, but it can’t be worse than Saturday. Edit - @FoxinNotts beat me to it. Edited 3 February 2025 by when_you're_smiling 1

Either way that is the strategy of the powers that be. @whoareyaaa For the record: Enzo joined: 16th June. Coady signed: 1st July. Cannon signed: 1st September. Circa £14 - £16m pointlessly spent by the club. Edited 3 February 2025 by Matt 3
splinterdream Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 This is so curious, why would wolves do this unless they felt they were getting a better deal. Have we given up and just want to swap a higher earner with a lower earner if that's what it is?

oldbluefox Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 Perhaps Wolves don't realise how poor Coady is but do realise Dawson's not the bee's knees either.

This stinks of Rudkin gobbling up some agent spiel or discussions with another DOF, yet again. Yes absolutely

oldbluefox Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 After Saturda's performance by Faes and Vestergard I never want to see them together again........................... Corrction - if I see them again it will be too soon. I have never seen such ineptitude from what are supposed to be international defenders. 1
