We have no money for new players but keep rejecting offers for our own homegrown talent like McAteer and Thomas which would give us instant profit and are hardly players who are playing regularly in the first team.

This is madness if true and just adds to everything stale and stagnant at the club.  As a fan base we always complain that we can never shift anyone on. Could it be that we have been getting offers and just turning them down. In last 18months is it not Thomas, mactee and Iverson that would could have got nearly 20 million for? That’s also 20 mill that is nearly all PSR profit. Complete disgrace of a club. The year is 2025 it’s mental we are still even discussing these average players, should have been moved on long ago. This club is horrible.
