The standard from both teams last night was terrible, which highlights how shite this league actually is when Middlesbrough are doing so well

Genuinely surprised me they were 3rd.

They were crap.

Norwich are the worst team in this league. Our worst result since when, if we lose there?

Suppose maybe Plymouth.

Wolves at home last season.

OK I really did underestimate how gash Norwich actually are. lol

Still, that Duffy has a bit of fire in his belly doesn't he? Showed more passion in 10 seconds of gobbing off to his manager than I've seen from our entire squad all season. Would single-handedly do us based on that alone.

The inevitable prediction is they sack Manning tonight and get a rocket up 'em just in time to spank us at the weekend in front of their home crowd. Josh Sargeant brace and a Faes-arsecheek own goal to compound a miserable 3-1 loss, ours coming through I dunno, let's say JJ again.

The OntarioFox curse strikes again

Still reckon Manning is a goner if they don't win this though

That deflected goal snd worldie strike doesn't happen for Southampton with Will Still in charge, your fortunes always change when you sack the manager.

Watching Pompey and the intensity is so much better than ours. We just float through games appearing not bothered. That's got to be about attitude of the players and the lack of motivation from the manager

The Coventry fans spunking over The Enemy playing in the corner of their ground is a bit weird.

I went to watch their last ever gig about ten years ago

I mean they haven't really got any other music culture besides A) the Binley Mega Chippy theme song and B) The Specials writing Ghost Town about what a shithole it is.

I love The Specials and I love Ghost Town even more because it’s about that concrete monstrosity of a city.

Norwich drawing and Manning applauding his own fans will keep him in a job. So at least no new manager bounce for us to get ruined by.

1-1 draw then

I think realistically whatever gets rid of King Power the soonest is best for the long term future of the club.

This underlying feeling is why I haven't enjoyed the very few wins we've had in years. Every one of them is just another win for this dreadful lot. A preservation of the downturn.

Literally whatever gets these out, I'll take it.

Deduct us 6 points for PSR breach then we are in the shit. Lose to Norwich then Marti will be gone. Go to league one hopefully Nepo baby and Smithers will follow.

I think its more the level we play at that does it for me.

Win a game vs someone  absolutely gash....whoopee, well done. Just as likely to lose the following week to someone equally gash.

Beating proper teams at the highest level means something
