Genuinely…..

if we sack RVN now….. who is going to want the job? Who in the right mind would want it!?

I don’t want him but Russell Martin. Similar ego to Rodgers who wants to play like Man City which Top would love.
Urs Fischer, Liam Rosenior and Dany Rohl in that order are who I’d want.

Neil Lennon and Garry Parker

Just for context on Lennon (and guessing this is a joke).

He said on talksprt earlier on in the season that our goalkeeper wasn't good enough when Mads was in incredible form.

Question around Dyche, I know his record at Everton was pretty pants (still managed to stay up over us in 2023). Everton are a bit of a strange club.

However, does he have the potential to be a Nigel type? So build infrastructure again at the club, get right people in the right roles? Or is it just dreadful football and the inevitable sack?

One thing about Dyche is he’ll sort this defence out. I just want to see us compete. He’d be decent in the championship and he’d have the rest of this season to have a look at the players

If he sorts this defense out then he deserves a knighthood. The only way to sort ours out is with good recruitment and draining the swamp.

I can't see Dyche taking this. We are done for this season, likely getting pummeled by the EFL next year and may well struggle to recruit and compete.  Surely he just bides his time and waits for something better to turn up. Which it will.

No appointment making a change now. Anyone coming in now will have a torrid time till the end of the season and then is already on the back foot. Average start to next season and some fans would be calling for a replacement by the first week of October.

Every week Moyes is making Dyche's tenure at Everton look worse and worse - great if he can sort the defence out but we're below the line, we need to improve in attack and score goals which he isn't exactly known for.

Not sure about Rosenior - couldn't even get playoffs with a Hull squad including Morton, Carvalho, Greaves, Delap, Philogene etc.

Rohl would be my top choice for next year but that lunatic Chansiri won't make it easy for us to buy him out. Also likely that Southampton will be favourites for him unless Mr Rudkin acts fast...

Dyche till the end of the season to see if he can sort this defence out. If we can make fight of it, either we go down or not the jobs his long term.

If he keeps us up with these set of players, then he goes up there with.... O'Neill, Pearson, Ranieri, Wallace, Adams...

I’m not normally someone who wants a Dyche type of manager. However, after watching these lot not even bother you need someone like that to come in and get a hold of these players.

We're done, a new manager coming in wont get a bounce in our next 4 games and by that point Wolves will likely have 6 more points.

If Ruud goes, it makes sense to just let BBM and Kingy see out the season and then start again in the summer.

If our next four games were different i'd be tempted to go for a firefighter. To be honest even our next 6, I'm only saying 4 as Brighton blow hot and cold and we might catch them on an off day!

However i have looked at his first season with Everton, in 18 games he only picked up five wins. However there was a lot of draws... so it does show they got better and were picking up points in games even if they when they weren't playing well. Only lost 7 of 18. Prior to Dyche arrival they hadn't won in six!

If they want Dyche they need to move fast... with Rudkin in charge... impossible. Rangers are probably looking at him, which maybe an more appealing at the moment, plus it could mean for the first time ever Dyche managing in the champions league next season.

It's like the four Tory PM's in 6 years. It's not really going to change anything when the policies themselves are what's causing the problems.

It’s really not difficult is it.

Own up to another Managerial mistake. Get Dyche in alongside HIS coaching team in this break. Use the next 11 games for him to look at everything at the squad, so ready to go first day of pre-season.

Ideal manager to get us up and would give it a good go of staying up the year after.

Wont be pretty the remainder of the season but at least the fans will see a clear plan in place.

Dyche from Northampton so no need to move and would jump at the chance.

I’m sure plenty will hammer him for his style; as they would have of the appointment of both Potter and Moyes. They haven’t worked out too bad have they…

Oh and get rid of Rudkin with Ruud. Dyche will have plenty of contacts for a DOF for the complete re-fresh required.

Go speak to Rafa Benitez, see if he wants job as temporary manager to DoF to a full rebuild of the squad.

He has a promotion, he knows his tactics, he will have contacts.

I think Benitez would be more open to just taking the role to the end of the season this time compared to when we previously approached him as his stock is lower. If he keeps us up, amazing and he gets a new contract. This is horrible at the moment, and our choices are limited.

Let's hope Rangers get him.

I can imagine that our next manager will be the bloke who met with Top prior to Marescas appointment, has a championship promotion on his CV, escaped having a premier league relegation on it and is currently out of work.

I'm fed up of reading about Sean Dyche. Reducing ourselves to Steve Cooper, that quality of manager and players he wanted has ruined us for years to come. And yet there are still calls to make it even more miserable with Sean Dyche, have we not suffered enough this season
