Giving it to Kingy just sounds like sentiment, and I don’t believe in sentiment in football. Particularly when he has literally no experience. However, we probably need to roll the dice and make a change in the hope it can paper over Rudkin’s crack.

Sacking Cooper would've saved the season had Top appointed a proper manager and backed him during the window.

Players have already thrown the towel in and will be planning their summer moves. 

Give it to someone to start planning for the Championship and begin identifying players and a style of playing. 

Ruud is just a waste of time now.

I called it 6 weeks ago. Bloke behind me in B2 didnt like it that i was calling him out. "He isnt good enough" were my exact words.

 

Guess I was right. Could see a mile off he was a daft decision to go with. He has zero charisma, not hard enough, and has no idea on how to get the best out of the players, tactics and team selection.

When you have players that can't defend, pass a ball, create chances or score a goal. Doesn't matter how's in charge

Yes but we cannot afford to sack him and there is no point till the end of the season where there may be a clause

So we pay Ruud off and bring someone else in who will inevitably fail and carry that negativity into the championship. I'd keep him just so we can save a bit of money and reset in the summer

When you play a formation and tactics that don't suit the players you have and keep doing this over and over despite it clearly not working, you're not exactly helping to get the best out of the players.

If I was coach I would say from day one , we will play attacking football any player playing back when there is a pass going forward will not play in my team again , did everyone see when one of the west ham players was stuck in the corner and we had three defenders yet he got out and left our three standing, I would demand more aggression in defence . 
boy have we dropped so far from our glory days
