@Mark if I do the leg work and and read all 54 pages of the thread to identify everyone that's said Sean Dyche would be a good idea, can you bulk ban them in one go?

Who would be your next Leicester manager, Finners?

I actually think Dyche will turn us down tbh. There will be Premier League jobs available in October.

Dyche is a short term fix exactly what I stated.

We need a reset and he is exactly the type of manager who will reset the rot going on at the club.

We need a stern disciplined manager to stop us conceding goals with the ability to win games.

He would get us promoted and stabilise us in the premier league after the season he has stabilised us in the premier league he would have a year left on his contract of which we would be a much more appealing club due to the rotten fruit already left and better suiters would be available.

I'm not his biggest fan but we need a Nigel Pearson esque manager to come in and do a job for us, the closest to that is Dyche.

Everyone else of which the names that have been mentioned is a massive gamble and will be sacked by Xmas if we are not top of the championship so your long term plan becomes even much shorter now than the original short term plan of getting Dyche in.

I just don't feel he is what we need to build. Unless we want to change the style to hoof again, the club have spent ages persisting with passing/possession. Which has been our demise.

He certainly isn't renowned for playing young players, which we need.

We need a decent director of football first.

There’s a bunch of people applauding this rumour on that daft final whistle podcast. Why do these people who run these stations normally have such crap opinions?

Dyche is at his best when’s clubs on its arse and needs saving, backs to the wall style. He’s not the man to lead a mass overhaul and rebuild.

Just look at some of the names linked so far, Carsley, Fabregas, Rohl and Brussel….. none of which are remotely like Dyche…….

Come to the conclusion it doesn’t really matter who’s manager as long as King Power and Rudkin are still in charge

The rot won’t go away with a new manager

This ⬆️ it doesn't matter who comes in or how much money is available, whilst that turd rudkin is involved in our club it'll go to rat shit....ffs top grow a pair and bin him off.

Also find it amusing that people would think Dyche would come here anyway. No way he'd put up with the clowns above him.

Fabregas would be very good, he looks a remarkably inventive coach...but I have no idea why he would leave Como for us

Lake Como to Raw Dykes Road corrr

The most worrying thing about appointing Dyche would mean Rudkin staying because they're mates.

No chance Fabregas leaves a project like Como to come to mid-table nPower fodder like KPFC. They're like Italy's answer to Wrexham. A weird reality TV club with hyper-rich owners. He'll be able to get success there in the next few years through financial power alone.

Our next appointment is going to be honking. I have no faith in this lot to make the right call.

Did you say the same when we appointed Enzo?

Clear Philosophy, in line with what the club wants or supposedly wants(went out the window appointing Cooper).

Wants to play exciting attacking possesion based football. Highly regarded within the England set up.

IF we did apoint LC I wouldn't be surprised to see us go in for Angel Gomes if we could shift a midfielder or too.

Enzo had worked under pep. We need stability to stop us falling again.

Carsley wouldn't be me first choice, but agree with what you've written here. I think in people's heads they think Carsley = Southgate, but he's his own man, and won silverware. He even had a very brief spell at Brentford as manager where he won manager of the month.

Whoever we get needs to understand that we need to build a team with PACE. The league has actually moved on a bit from heavy possession to being more transition based, as it's notable that the top 3 in the table this year are not the top 3 for possession. What is key is that to exploit the opponent when they are out of shape when you win the ball back. Ruud played a very slow and ponderous style, which is why we struggled to score. When we finally got a goal against Brighton, it came from winning the ball back and getting a shot off quickly!

A manager that plays youth is essential with the young players we have coming through. Dyche isnt it. No more short term shite and get a project manager

It's all about short term shite now. If we get a bit of success with an up and coming star of the future coach/manager then the likes of Danny Fuching Murphy will declare that he deserves better and will get poached by a shite Premier League club. Difficult to look any further than one season as we know. Same with players. Dyche will teach the dark arts, it might be shite to watch but it will be winning shite and after this season I'll take that.

Anyone we interview for the managers position, their vision and their philosophy should be cross referenced with anyone we interview for the DOF position, the boardmembers positions, the recruitment team positions etc and made sure that they all match up. The best possible person for each individual role isn't necessarily the best option. Having everyone on board and pulling in the same direction with the same ideas is FAR more valuable.

We need to clear house and get in a collective group, throughout the football club but we all know that isn't going to happen.

Carsley as manager with Pearson as DOF ... steady the ship bring youth through..  Good mixture of experiences ... could work well .... go on Top put your big boy pants on and do something decent

I'm not the biggest Dyche fan, but 7 of Burnleys top 10 sales are Dyche signings (or he brought into the first team like Dwight McNeil)

Better than expected. Mind is blown that Keane went for so much.

Some equally though aren't that impressive profits - Gray, Cornet and Collins for example.

You don't think that's us? Points deduction, possible transfer embargo, players who have already demonstrated they don't care, on PL salaries, no money, need I go on?
