Again. You were adamant we breached back in January. We were cleared fella.  Only a rule change since has re opened the case.

But yeah, well connected sharing news and all that.

We weren’t cleared in January. They just didn’t announce a charge because we were still in arbitration with them over 22/23. Most of the media took the lack of charge to mean we had been cleared, but we now know that wasn’t the case.

From memory I think the BTG twitter account did jump the gun by claiming we’d already received a points deduction (which could never have been true as no Commission had even been appointed, let alone delivered a verdict). But it’s not true to say we were cleared in January - it was just that the PL delayed announcing our charge because we were already in a legal dispute with us over something else.

No club tells fans anything it's not just Leicester city , it's really none of our business anyway until its official and announced by Leicester city fc ..

Anything else is just speculation , and should be ignored

I was adamant that we'd breached because I knew we'd lost more than was allowed.. and we now know that is true hence why we've been charged!! Nothing for clicks. nothing for bait. There is absolutely 0 benefit to me posting 'lies' on twitter.. If someone messages me with info, I like to share it because the club dont speak to the fans!!! Sometimes stuff if wrong, sometimes its right.

This evening someone messaged me that Martin was confident of getting the job and in the last couple of days thats changed. On top of that, tanner has said that the chants at bournemouth wouldnt have gone unnoticed !

If you dont believe what I say or post then that is ABSOLUTELY fine and really dont mind hahah. But to say im doing it for clicks is just not true unfortunately, again, I like to share things that people tell me because the club dont speak to us! that is the sole reason for my post.

Take care dude

You deleted the tweet after we were cleared didn't you? Deleting is cheating.

No we dident breach the breach we are being charged for is back when we was in the championship and after they changed the rules. If you remember in January they said no prem club had breached at that time

There are two breaches.

Breach 1
Breached for period ending 30th June 2023, Claimed loophole, survived. This three year period we were in the PL for all of it, breach charge whilst we are in the Championship.

Breach 2

Period ending 1st June 2024 goes as follows (this is for 2 season PL + 1 season championship)

In January 2025, PL announced that LCFC and PL are subject to arbitration on previous years case and establishing jurisdiction extent. They didn’t say no prem club had breached but rather as it stood no breaches were found at that time (of course they were awaiting our arbitration).

In May 2025, PL statement says

Following an Arbitration Tribunal’s decision concerning jurisdiction, Leicester City FC has now been referred to an independent Commission for alleged breaches of:
- the EFL Championship Profit and Sustainability Rules (P&S Rules) for Season 2023/24
- the club’s obligation to provide its Annual Accounts to the Premier League by 31 December 2024
- the club’s obligation to provide full, complete and prompt assistance to the Premier League in response to the League’s inquiries

Firstly, jurisdiction and loophole cleared up so PL can apply the breach for period ending June 2024. There in plain English.

Then the bigger point is the club, the club failed to submit the FFP calculations / accounts on time, so there’s no way PL could say we hadn’t breached.

We are being charged for our second breach rather than the first alleged. Just they closed the loophole to avoid a repeat of the first .

Therefore the statement we breached in January is correct rather the PL needed to know if they had the power and couldnt enforce until May

Dyche or Martin

Is it really that bad?

God help us if it is.

The club have pulled out some left field appointments in the past - Ranieri and Enzo. Let’s all pray they do it again.

Would you prefer that nobody ever shared any tidbits they’d heard that might give us an insight into what’s going on at the club? Such information is always going to be hit and miss, but let’s be honest, most of us love a bit of inside gossip - especially as the club is so secretive and closed off…

I actually would prefer nothing when the blokes not gorra clue thank you👏. Worst thing on social media is far ITKs. You have no sources🤣

I can see us chasing Postecoglou if he’s sacked by Spurs later today.

Sean Dyche.

I really hope not. So boring and quite literally does not play youth which is the one thing any manager coming in needs to do.

I would quite literally rather have Martin for that reason alone.

Martin would play the youth and get us playing good football, a lot of people would convert very quickly and find him likeable.

However, some people will always just have a dislike for him because either they have been told not to like him, or their opinion on him is set in stone and will never change.

If the club go for Dyche, the club see it as a Nige type appointment.

Also might be they released martins name to offset this appointment.

At least with Dyche he’d sort the defence out and make us fighters again. He wouldn’t be my first choice, but I’d be prepared to give him a go. Hopefully he’d also have the profile to take on and call out all the ridiculous things going on behind the scenes.

Can we just get this FFP put to bed? I suspect the rumours put off managers/players last summer. It feels like we are hampered by the change in accounting period (June 30). We cannot get rid of Ruud. Recruit a new manager. If we can't do that then we will be behind in player recruitment and preparation. Reading between the lines we have breached and wriggled out of it but this is hurting us just as much as a points deduction, which we are going to end up with anyway! Message to those who can "Operate within the rules in future"

Really don’t think he would drop down to the Championship.

Also think his wage demands would be too big if he did.
