When Enzo came in which was 3 weeks earlier, if I recall although we won our 1st 4 games, but we got hammered by Cov but nicking it, and scraped by Huddersfield, Cardiff and Rotherham in unconvincing manner before being outplayed and beaten by Hull. It was only after the 1st International break when we stuffed Southampton that we looked like the 'Enzo' way had been mastered.

Only if you believe what you read online or in the papers. Which is pretty much 100% made up.

You know the official announcement is going to say that '...^insert name^ was the outstanding candidate and our Number 1 choice from the beginning... 

I think you are spot on, and people may laugh, but I genuinely think Dyche has been our number 1 target for the last couple of weeks, and that is why he was at Seagrave and has been consistently at the top of the betting market for weeks. I suspect he wanted too much money and was also weary of getting into another messy situation like he had at Everton when he first joined. I think that is why we seem so delayed in interviewing other candidates and there has suddenly been a rush of names over the last few days, with Gary O'Neil and Wilder likely interviewed along with contact with Rohl and now Cifuentes. 

Let's just hope that our 3rd or 4th choice, won't be as bad as our last one.. Cooper.

They haven’t. If you go into oddschecke, the only bookmaker’s odds they’re actually listing is betfair. But betfair have suspended their market like everybody else, so oddschecker isn’t reflecting any genuine odds. I think the Gerrard thing is a glitch.

Hopefully the progress isn’t too leisurely to be called fast, and that the football isn’t power-sappingly mundane.

Rudkin has a fetish for that Southampton side we pumped 0-9 so I wouldn't be surprised.
