Rudkin, unfortunately.

He's obviously useless, but his uselessness is diluted when there's someone competent in the dugout. While RVN is here, there is no hope.

Correct.

Even though he's like a rusty rifle. Useless and can't be fired.

He's not the one picking the team, setting the tactics or insisting on playing the same crap formation and being clueless regarding in-game changes.

The only way RVN could be any worse would be if he played Ward every week.

Ruud, in the hope the new chap would see through his nonsense after we labour to a 0-0 draw vs Wycombe and get rid. Win win.

Rudkin although it makes me sick. At least he's had some although minimal success at times. Ruud has been a disaster from start to finish

As much as I want Rudkin gone, RVN is totally useless. You can blame the players, you can blame lack of transfers etc but when we are so bad that we can't even score a goal or barely create a chance, that's on the manager. Southampton are wretched and still know how to score a goal. I honestly think we'll lose every game now until the end of the season and it genuinely wouldn't surprise me if we don't score a goal. The rot is set deep and this comes from the manager.

Rudkin gone first, otherwise he'll just find another Ruud to replace Ruud with. It would be like trying to fill a bucket with water while there is a hole at the bottom.

As soon as there is a competent DoF in place, they'd soon get Ruud binned and actually put a bit of care and attention into finding a competent new manager, instead of giving it to Brussel Martin or some other out of work horror show recommended by the only football agent who we are on good terms with..

One way or another, Rudkin has knifed EVERY manager we've had during the last ten seasons.

Unless and until he leaves the club, the toxicity will always be there.

The VISIBLE uselessness is diluted with someone competent in the dugout but he is still running us into the ground behind the curtain and what's happening in the boardroom is IMO far more worrying than what's happening on the pitch.

Rudkin. Ruud is utterly, utterly useless and seems to be almost actively trying to lose games. I could get better results. And ultimately football games are decided by those on the pitch and in the dugout.

100% Rudkin has to go.  He runs the football side of the club which is a disaster right now.  He has caused the problems, not Ruud.  Ruud might not be the answer but Rudkin has proven that he's not.

Rudkin leaving will not change things overnight but Rudkin not leaving will change nothing for as long as he's here.
