Background noise TV is crazy popular now though, scroll scroll scroll and watch something at the same time. My partner couldn't give a shit about Tyson Fury but she's watched every bit of at home with the Furys lol

I get it with the Fury family though because they are genuinely mental.

But what does Rebecca Vardy actually do? What does Jamie do when he gets in from training? What are they doing that makes people want to watch?

Who knows, people love that peeping into how the other half live though don't they!

I suppose they must do given ITV are spending money to film them. Just doesn't interest me at all though lol

I think your last question answers the first two. People will watch out of interest, it just depends how fake it feels. Hopefully it's not too staged and you actually get a feel for what his life is actually like.

ITVX just announced a new series coming soon “ Following the Vardy’s”

Looks like they’ve had a camera crew with them from his last few weeks at Leicester all the way to staring his new life at Cremo.

Fvcking never ending ain’t it

Few years too late, Leicester legend but not sure the wider audience really care about the Vardy's anymore.

I live abroad, and people never cease asking me (or telling me) what Jamie's up to. He's a much bigger celeb than I'd thought. I reckon his story struck a chord or two, so maybe the wider audience is a bit wider than you'd think.

Not that it's of any great interest to me personally. If he comes back and bangs in 40 goals in League One, playing for peanuts, then I suppose it'll matter, but I abhor reality TV.

Very surprised that there's no real recognition of him in the city, like a statue.

Probably waiting till after he’s returned as player/coach next season.

A normal club would have a statue of Vardy outside the ground, along with one of Gordon Banks with the world cup, Wes Morgan lifting the league trophy, Martin O'Neill, Gary Lineker, Nigel Pearson, Claudio Ranieri, Steve Walsh perhaps or at least a statue of few of these with homage to the rest in some form.

In short, I wouldn't hold your breath.

They did get planning permission for a bronze one of the trophy lift but never bothered doing it for some reason.

Cremo to get relegated and Vardy comes to league 1 for free and sends us back up to the championship and retires?

No?

Lol.

On the bench for Cremo v Lazio.

That's good news for them (and him). Last I checked there were suggestions he was out injured.

It's his first game back in the side.  They're currently winning 1-0.  And they need to as Lecce put a 4 point gap between them.

Lazio have equalised, and Vardy comes on for the final half hour.

They better put in an effort in the final three matches, need to close a four-point gap.

To me, they‘re down already.

Doubtful Vardy will have an impact.

A second relegation in as many years would be quite the stain on his CV.

Would he want to come back to Leicester for one final season? Or will he retire for good?

Council wouldn't accept Jon in the middle holding the trophy so KP said no thanks in Thailand loyalty is rewarded with loyalty - no Jon, no statue.

Nail hit on head. Normal club. Even Stoke ****ing City have a statute of the great Gordon Banks and he was our World Cup winning goalkeeper.

Ive always thought that was a disgrace

How many clubs worldwide do you think have 6 or more statues outside their ground? lol It isn't normal at all people would think we were mental.
