Betting market seems confident but that doesn’t mean much these days. Stars seem to be aligning for Rohl. 31 minutes ago, Nickaj said: You'd think so wouldn't you but then this is LCFC we're talking about under Aiyawat and Rudkins inspired leadership. Nothing should surprise us! You gotta Rohl with it!
Brainy Posted 28 June 2025 Posted 28 June 2025 I can't work out if he's that 5 star potential regen on FM who's attributes look bang average, or if he's the 3 star potential regen on FM who's stats look like they deserve 5 star potential 1

We would then have been in a fantastic position to sign a top rated manager. Managers and players moving on when you're successful and replenishing with fresh faces and hopefully better people should be our strategy. If Dyche comes in and gets us promoted, and it's no more guaranteed then any other manager we can hang on to him in the PL but history tells us we're likely to stagnate under him than progress upwards. So sacking is the most likely scenario and we'd more likely than not be hovering around the bottom of the PL at best, hardly an attraction for the best managers/players. Football progress is always a risk and not something to be scared of. He was never going to Arsenal/Spurs anyway He completely pulled Rudkin and Aiyawatts pants down with that move

cityfanlee23 Posted 28 June 2025 Posted 28 June 2025 If the ownership does make this move and it happens, tiny bit of credit as I can't see a scenario where they came up with this themselves, which means they are actually listening to fans. Shame about the rest of the shitshow. 1

poggypogpog Posted 28 June 2025 Posted 28 June 2025 I remember the days where we were constantly refreshing due to MON being seen near a Leicestershire golf course. Never a dull moment as a city fan.
Deeg67 Posted 28 June 2025 Posted 28 June 2025 I certainly hope Rohl is the guy. But serious question - why would any manager with options work for us right now? How can you possibly believe you'll be backed?

Recent Premier League club. Stepping stone for a top Premier League job e.g Maresca. 2
Deeg67 Posted 28 June 2025 Posted 28 June 2025 Putting a lot on faith there. Especially coming out of the situation he's been through with Wednesday.
