If Dyche comes in and gets us promoted, and it's no more guaranteed then any other manager we can hang on to him in the PL but history tells us we're likely to stagnate under him than progress upwards. So sacking is the most likely scenario and we'd  more likely than not be hovering around the bottom of the PL at best, hardly an attraction for the best managers/players.

 

Football progress is always a risk and not something to be scared of.

He was never going to Arsenal/Spurs anyway
