It would be almost worth relegation getting something there and stopping them getting CL football!

Looks like Murillo out for them which will be a huge loss.

 

We need to sit in a low block and then go at them at pace when we win the ball. They looked vulnerable at times last night and I’m hoping their exerts have caught up with them

You just know that after a first 20 minutes of looking like a proper team Faes will gormlessly stand watching  ball bouncing around on the edge of the area and Wood will score again

They did to a team that has 1st choice front 3. Palace are a good side. We on the other hand not so sure.

 

Hope we turn up, but we seem so follow a decent result with a crap one.

It would definitely be part redemption for these woeful players if they did win at the shitty. 

 

However, you get the impression with them that a) they don't understand the relevance of this game to the fans and b) even if they did they still wouldn't give a **** 

 

Too many complete boneheads in this team to even contemplate a win in reality. 

 

There is just the outside chance of a draw if F*rest really are bottling it

Because of their desperation win I just can't see anything other than them winning, and winning comfortably. We had a soft underbelly when we were half decent so ****s knows what you'd call us now. They will come out with intensity and we'll crumble.

This fixture over the years gets my hopes up but inevitably end up losing. It's like they've got a voodoo curse on us. Just know it's gonna be either a tight 1-0 to them after it's spooned in or they go and wallop 5 past us .....sorry for the negativity. I obviously Hope we do get something but I'm not holding my breath.

Ruud will instantly get a penny of credit in the bank* if somehow, ANYHOW, he manages to fire our bunch of shysters up for this. Cooper utterly failed in that respect and it was a major contribution to him losing his job. Same with Rodgers, and that twat had two cracks at it.

 

I've not seen our team look like they give a shit in this fixture since Knockeart Day. I need to see Luke Thomas barrelling into Yates two-footed in minute one or I'm switching off. :D

In fairness, they rode their luck massively like in so many other games this season. Was a combo of the woodwork, Sels guessing right in a couple of 1-on-1s and Nketiah being a touch offside that saved 'em.

 

I guess the issue is, they've been entering the Konami Code before matches all season for extra lives, so we can expect similar cheat code luck from them.

 

Best we can hope for is that we do set up with the low block like Palace did, because they are utterly brainless when they can't play their usual way and resort to hacking lumps out of the opposition. Knowing us we'd still lose against 9 men.

I know he won't but play a couple of the local lads from the accademy and Thomas........at least they will give a shit.

Thomas has some making up to do. He was like a deer in the headlights last time out at their place, needs to put a performance in against them.
