Nope Feas shouldn't be anywhere near the match day squad his attitude the whole time he's been here has been poor his performances were decent in the Championship thinks he is better than the club needs to go get rid.

But sticking to Faes, he’s not a bad footballer and is strong on the front foot so get him attacking everything in the hole before it reaches the defensive line. His problem at CB is his concentration and discipline to not attack the 30/70 balls (which instead would be a strength at CDM)

He can play centre back, full back and CDM.

Hmmmm …. I hope he thrives, but whenever I hear a player can play so many positions I fear for his career as a utility man that’s handy to have on the bench.
 

Hopefully for his sake he nails down a position and it becomes his.

The other way to interpret that is; Frustrated at the underperformance of the team.

Not really most young players in the modern game are trained in 2 or 3 positions being adaptable is just part of modern football in the old days playing multiple roles was something not very good players use to do because it made it easier to find a new club.

I’ve disliked Faes since his debut (conceding 6 at Spurs), but if he’s staying he deserves a clean slate just like everyone else under the new regime.

 

I’m sceptical - he’s struggled under multiple managers and defensive partners - but maybe Cifuentes is the man to turn it around. He’s got positives to his game, hopefully Marti helps cut out the negatives.

Too good for us apparently and unilaterally put himself up for sale this summer.

 

It speaks volumes what a massive whopper he is that he has no doubt instructed his agent to get him a move this summer but there has been nothing. Maybe we'll see a statement in September that he wants to be here to get promotion and wants to fight for his place.

Wouldn't even be averse to him going on loan if any interested parties want to be awkward. At a time when the squad attitude needs a blowtorch taking to it, he stands out as the biggest whopper for me even above the likes of Winks and Soumare.

 

Culture reset needed. I can't deal with watching him throw his hands up and blame those around him when the likes of Preston and Hull bag easy tap-ins because he fell asleep and forgot to do the basics.

I think he's the most likely candidate to get a loan with option deal, be lucky to get a £1m loan fee mind you but we'll then probably look to a new signing below £6m to be no worse off for the season.
