Didnt realise how sh1te Everton had become recently. 3rd from bottom in the 10 game form guide. Think thats one of the worst games i have seen from a PL team - utter embarrassment.Β

Β

Hope next season is there year - a skidmark on british football.

Look at Sunderland, reverse Leicester

Incredible stuff. Basically shows that you really should just chuck money at the PL when you get there, rather than trying to sign players for the longer term, hoping you can bounce back straight away

Chelsea, huge squad, no European money, they’ll just have to fudge the books again, maybe sell their training bibs to the owner for 40 million quid?

Amazed Alonso signed up for it.

Newcastle have blood on their hands for beating West Ham last week in a dead rubber.

Villa playing their reserves against spurs a few weeks ago are the one although I see why they did it…I seem to remember wolves getting in trouble for the same a couple of decades ago

All this moaning about Everton, blame Villa for not turning up a few weeks ago V Spurs.

Half of the PL is qualifying for Europe. It's surely an achievement for Sunderland but they'll need a squad with bugger depth next season. Good luck with that and when PSR is above you like a guillotine. They'll be favourites to drop next season.Β

Sunderland getting to Europe have finished above Newcastle, who they beat twice.

Β

Le Bris should have got manager of the season.

Good point, I was angry at the time but even more so when they showed what they were capable of in the European Final, it was like night and day the difference.Β

Should have had their points deduction in 22/23. Would have done them the world of good as well.Β

When people say we have unrealistic expectations look at 6th to 9th Bournemouth, Sunderland, Brentford, Brighton, just better run clubs.Β
Would I swap our trophies and big moments to be one of those 4, no, but can’t you aspire to both?

When you’ve generated the income we have, you should aspire for both….

My best mate is a Sunderland season ticket holder. He is worried about next season but he thinks they will just concentrate on Europe if Forest can get to the semis they can have a good run at it.Β

With Hull and Cov in the prem they will have a very good chance of surviving.Β

Incredibly ironic. Well chuffed for them. Chelsea have been a disaster ever since they appointed Rosenior. Serves them right. Look at that wage bill.

Imagine them getting relegated under Alonso next season because of a points deduction... :D
