There isnt a manager anywhere available to us that guarantees success. This new incumbent and staff might be brilliant, might not be, but deserves our support to give him the best chance.

 

I'm OK with this one as at this moment it feels like the best appointment out of the last five the recruitment department have made. I want some stability and for him to be good enough to see out a 3-year contract. Good luck, Marti.
