It's too expensive for a friendly that will be shown on YouTube.

Cov charging £16 for a game against St Pauli which I imagine will have some sort of atmosphere (from the away fans)

Today will just be a half full stand where you can here a pint drop.

Fair enough, but i actually enjoy getting out of the house and getting my son off youtube.  Im genuinely interested to see how we line up, see the academy kids etc.

Yeah likewise. I would have taken my youngest, first game and that being good timing in the summer holidays.

Greedy thinking looks to have backfired on them with the sales.

This is what the club don’t seem to give a fuk about and seem to blatantly ignore while pushing that FEF shite. I’ve bored everyone on other posts with how important it is to attract new fans (especially now with where the club are at) but they score own goal after own goal.

Recruitment of new fans, families specifically has never been so important for us IMO, and what annoys me more is that it’s so simple to get right. You just need the right culture and mindset. Imogen knows this and while she won’t have too much of a say on ticket prices if her strategy is fan based and not selling widgets in Thailand then it should create a strong enough case to have affordable prices alongside a world class matchday experience.

Agreed and it would have been a lot better attended if they did £15 adults under 18's go free or for a quid

I can’t imagine any circumstances which would see me going to this one. Take that, Top & co!

Mind, I’ll be in @mozartfox country on Sunday anyway…

Welcome. Where abouts??

I went to the San siro back in April to watch Milan play Fiorentina and they are decent side and it will be a good test for us.

They have a few former PL players like De Gea and Kean and they've just signed Dzeko as well.

The player that impressed me most when i watched them was the right back Dodo, got forward a lot and caused Milan loads of problems down their left flank so Thomas could be in for a tough afternoon.

Are they a physical side? No injuries required.

Personally, I think Italian football is a bit more physical than English football, especially at top flight, but id imagine they wont want to be risking injuries either.

Can imagine the likes of Fatawu & Monga getting bashed around a bit by the full backs.

Daka might aswell stay at home. He'll be spending more time on his knees than my ex.

Hopefully not but getting flashbacks of season ending injuries to players in these type of friendlies.

That's going to be an awesome crowd considering the gates will be locked.

Ticket prices are a bit steep but nice of the club to issue a free forehead 'mug' stamp upon entry for those attending.

A mug stamp for watching our team play a historic Italian team that we’ll  probably not see down the KP again any  time soon? The mug stamp should be for people criticising fans attending.
