Cifuentes made a statement by not bringing him on versus Birmingham.

With James and Ramsey in I dont think Winks makes the bench for us.

He’ll be happy, drinking his Aperol Spritz whilst being paid £90,000 a week.

The ball is in his court. He can still be an important player for us this season if he decides to get his head down. Alternatively, he can just sit there sulking and rotting away in the reserves.

I think his £90k weekly salary will help him sleep at night.

Turkey?

Unless there’s a little town somewhere in the London borough called Turkey I don’t think he would agree to it.

The fact he hasn’t been left out all together would suggest that he’s behaving in training. Unlike Bilal.

Marti will likely sit him down with Faes and have a chat with them.

It would benefit them to work their arses off, as they could always leave in January.

To an extent he’s in control of his own destiny - if he knuckles down and works hard he can get in the team and earn himself a move in January or at the end of his contract.

Alternatively, he can half-arse it, mope about and potentially be without a club in a years time.

If he knuckled down he could easily get another silly Rudkin contract that will be worth double what he gets elsewhere.

Our best players in each position, with the evidence of previous performance and transfer fees that the loanees have commanded by their parent clubs.

Stola GK

Ricardo RB

Faes CB

Vestergaard CB

Kristiansen/Thomas LB (impossible to separate)

Winks DCM

James RCM

Ramsey LCM

Fatawu RW

Mavididi LW

Ayew ST

That, for me, is clearly our strongest line up, playing the type of progressive football with two ultra wide wingers, full backs staying home/tucking in in possession and two 8's (James and Ramsey) with Winks acting as a pivot. SImilar to Enzo Ball but not the same. It contains 6 of the key starting players from HMS Piss the League, when in reality we didn't rely on a striker for most of our goals and assists, which came from KDH, Fatawu and Mavididi. We need James to really kick in the KDH role and Ramsey to do the same for the Ndidi/Casadei/Akgun role. as there's a circa 30 goal involvements hole with those guys missing That leaves space for Monga, Page and Evans to provide the sort of unknown factor off the bench that we didn't really have that season.

Okoli, Soumare, Monga, Page, Skipp, Choudhury, Carranza all CLEARLY have a shout to step in in their respective position and have already contributed this season.

Fail to see how Daka adds anything to this type of team unless we change style of play fundamentally.

He's earned 1 contract extension in his career I think, which tells you absolutely everything.

I've said before, this is the best contract of his career and he treats the club like dirt. He might not like how the club is managed, or the fans, but there is no doubt he is being paid very well to put up with it.

Our due diligence on player attitudes is sh*t.

I think he's just jealous that Enzo and his best mate from that first season in KDH have progressed their careers and he's gone backwards.

Hopefully professional enough to knuckle down until Jan at least, got to be more enjoyable than mopping around. He gets straight back in the team with the right attitude.

Mopping? He can use Faes' head...

Belgium, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Saudi transfer windows are still open

He's not prepared to travel the eighty-odd miles to Seagrave!
