I feel sorry for the Brentford fans.

 

Having a post 8pm kick off, midweek, at the opposite end of the country, and conceding the losing goal in injury time.

 

That's gotta sting.

There's something wrong when the semi-finalists of the league cup are Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City and Saudi Arabia. It always used to be a cup where the less fashionable / rich clubs could have a go.

Newcastle trying their best to wind certain Man C players up. Eddie Howe teams always adept in "dark arts", Bournemouth were a nightmare at times.

Its cheating plain and simple. Im sure feigning injury is classed as unsportsmanlike behaviour therefore deemed illegal.

Like everything though, ref allows it and perpetuates the problem. Just like diving on any contact ect. 

 

Refs stop allowing it consistently and it all stops.
