A shame as I was hoping this season would have been his chance to get into the squad - especially with Bilal leaving as well - clearly a bit down the pecking order for Martí though

 

I would've preferred it was a Championship loan as well as he was decent for a proper crap Cardiff side last season but at least he will be fighting at the top of league one

 

Still has plenty of time to develop for us as well, KDH still hadn't been out on loan or even made a senior appearance at Alves's age

Think it's still a good move for him. Likely to play a fair amount, be involved in an attacking side and also get some confidence.

If he does really well, maybe a recall option is in there?

He does need to play 70-80 minutes every week. If he can get himself some goals and assists then i'm sure a Championship team will be interested in January.

 

Potentially a fantastic move for Huddersfield.

Good move for him. They've had two poor defeats, especially Blackpool, but they should be top 6 this season.

Better than going to a relegation battle like he did last season at Cardiff.

If he doesn't really kick on at this opportunity then I'm not sure where he goes from here. 

 

Feel sorry for the lad, he's not a kid anymore. No manager has really fancied him

This is what I'm thinking, he needs a massive season for League 1 to be considered part of our future plans.

 

Nothing against the guy, just the brutal reality of top level football

Love to see that player is struggling to even get into Wovles under 21s when he is 19 this month

If he goes here and play every week, get goal and assists I'm fine with it, Barnes (Barnsley) KHD (Blackpool) both had success loans in L1.

 

Makes the loan thread more exciting, hope 1 or 2 more go out.
