I’d love to have Everards on our shirt or are they exclusive to the Tigers only?

I doubt they would have anywhere near the money we would want.

Interesting one this, probably 3/4 of hospitality was empty on Friday night, because they're still charging Premier League prices.

I've only ever been when it's paid for by work BUT, it's my 35th and Dad's 70th on the Portsmouth game, we were meant to be going away but can't now.... and with the kick off time it's perfect for a free bar/free food type celebration for us, i'd happily have paid £120-£150 each as a one off, but it's literally £250-300 each!

Doesn't look like they plan to do any special offers at all or discount this, so it will remain empty all season!

Thats ridiculous. Better to reduce the price and make some money than make nothing at all. It does show that whilst the club have shown some competency in the transfer market by reducing wages and selling players etc, we really are papering over the cracks of a very poorly run organisation. It always seems like one step forward 2 steps back with this lot

I’m not sure why the concept of 300 people paying £100-150 is better than 0 people paying £300 is so lost on them lol

No.

Short sales would increase, it could potentially be deductable in a "look what we have charitably donated" way and were the EFL to charge us, they'd look extra bad going for the club had invested in their local community rather than take a dollop of money.

I actually think it would help us on that front, not least because any potential sponsorship is likely to be paltry.

Decent point, hadn't thought about that. Although not sure they give a shit about how they look.

Conversely, I still think we would command a reasonable sponsorship fee. And aside from PSR, King Power are in the shit and the less reliant we are on them, the better.

Same said fans will be refreshing sky bet frantically throughout the game to see if their bets have come in.

Yeah but they’re regulated so that’s absolutely fine 🤥

Where do you get 3/4 of hospitality was empty. Premier Lounge is sold out for the season, not many spaces in Champions Club, some in Restaurant, Walkers Hall 70% get your facts accurate please. I know I visited all these lounges to see people. If your evidence is some visual moment in time you are wrong. The packages at Leicester are commensurate with peers such as Southampton.

Corporates have largely lost interest now we're down again. It will always happen. Cannot build a reliable pipeline of revenue off bandwagoners that are only interested when we're good.

Having guests in your box () qualifies for tax relief, but I guess the smaller companies don't see much in that if their clients aren't that interested anymore.

And I'm led to believe that the club have introduced charges for meals and drinks in the boxes for guests. There's this new director of hospitality I think, and he's changed things for corporate box members.

My mate has a box and he's said the boxes either side of his aren't being used this season. The club will rent boxes as a one off per game but the price is absurdly high.

Marks Electrical?

They're quite massive now - particularly are growing in London.

The founder of it has a box at the stadium.

Ind coope and a new green away kit

Would love this but a company that effectively ceased trading in 1993 might struggle to cough up the necessary funds.

I'm amazed no South East Asian airlines have wanted involvement. Air Asia have a plane in our colours, and sponsored the East Stand for a time, and Thai are based at the same airports as King Power.

I remember many years ago Danny Baker had an ongoing feature on his football radio show regarding sponsorship appeals. In those days players had individual kit items sponsored by fans and local businesses, the details would be in the match day programme. He would go through them looking for ones yet to be sponsored and make an appeal. “Plymouth Argyle reserve left back needs his socks sponsored, £25 quid folks”, and people would call in and commit to it.

It’s a different scale I know but who’d have thought we as a club would be in the same position as a Scunthorpe Centre Half’s  shorts, maybe Danny could make an appeal on our behalf :dunno:.

Probably get Forest fans creating an embarrassing  pun name for us but worth a try.

A few grand from little known Spanish investment bank Juan Kur will do….

I think Tigers main sponsor is Mattoli-Woods. Everards might be sub-sponsors and I doubt they'd have the money to be a principal sponsor for LCFC.

Mattioli Woods Sponsor the ground and now the shirts, Topps Tiles was the shirt sponsor. Everards don't sponsor them anymore
