Good day for us Pompey  great bunch of fans Leicester.

2nd half we wanted it more.

We don't have your money or quality but we have a manager who brings out the best .

Remember out 4 first teamers aemre out injured.

Murphy, lang, shaughnessy, schmidt.

We worked hard for that point hit crossbar missed a sitter

Good luck for the season

Credit to Pompey, always have had good away support.

Poor finishing for both teams tonight, but much better half time switch of tactics.

Genuine question, does anyone else watch us play nowadays and literally think to themselves “why do I bother?”

For me football has become so monotonously boring that I’d say it’s in the same category as watching Emmerdale, or maybe Love Island.

I think today was a perfect example of that, but this season I think most of the games have also been example of that.

I’ve been a season ticket holder for 25 years.

Why do we still bother? Aside from the fact I’m somehow apparently meant to feel very strong and passionate emotions about this lacklustre, boring, repetitive game?

Its trying but you have the crap, then the good, now with got the rebuild again, hoping it leads to better days

Shows how bad the teams are in this league, we've been dreadful and somehow are still in the top 4. I can't get passed the fact Marti just looks like a Spanish version of Brendan Rodgers.

Is the goal scoring really a problem or more the dope shit defending that’s letting low xg chances convert?

I.e Faes, Vestergaard and Thomas

Absolutely shocking second half. Headless chicken stuff trying to get the winner. Never looked like scoring and were only ever going to lose it. Carbon copy of Wrexham.

The really worrying part is you can see teams start off by giving us the same kind of respect they gave us 2 years ago. Then when they're told to come at us a bit we don't have answers.

This team isn't as good as that one a couple of years ago but it's still a squad that should never struggle like it is doing in prolonged periods. We should at least have enough in that bench to come on and see out a game.

But still neutralised you

We neutralised ourselves. A back four of Stevie wonders would have been alright.

Constant shirt pulling, blatant cynical fouling, pathetic time wasting. It was an advert as to why I hate this ****ing league. The standard of football is sickeningly bad.

Horrible club, horrible league.

Thought Pompey were well worth a point, if not all 3. Not the first side to arrive at the KP and realise 45 minutes in that there is absolutely nothing to fear with this Leicester City side. We may have big names (for the division) but they don't have the stomach for a fight. Easy second half for your boys.

As much as i am pissed off at the result and 2nd half performance, we had the better stats in the game. Nothing suggests to me Pompey deserved 3 points. However, we should have killed the game off in the 1st half and too many players were gassed and fell asleep in the 2nd.

Aside from the big chances missed column, which isn't as important as possession or passes. Spot on to be fair.

When the other team comes with no intention to play for 45 mins, most stays should see our way

Owned by incompetent face saving *****.

Main sponsor is a money laundering front (allegedly for the lawyers)

Amongst the playing squad are some of the worst examples of mercenary money grabbing ****ers that exist in the game.

Manager that talks a great game but can’t get his players to do more than 45 minutes and goes on and on about the academy but picks some absolute ***** in the squad ahead of them.

Scouting department that is utterly ****ing clueless with absolutely no idea how to recruit a striker.

Forget a reset, this club is absolutely done. Happy clappers turning up and applauding it. Morally bankrupt, inept leadership of a bunch of overpaid ***** who are laughing at the amount of money they are harvesting from the supporters.
If winning the league meant this is the legacy they shouldn’t have ****ing bothered. A rotten rotten rotten club that does not deserve the support it gets.

Quality swearing there.

Comfortably the worst team I’ve seen down the KP for a long time. Horrible club.

The problem with this lot is in the comments, thinking they simply have to turn up to beat the likes of Wrexham and Pompey, Thing is as a relegated prem team other teams show Leicester too much respect, in reality Pompey and others realised that Leicester simply 'aint' very good and with a bit more belief can turn them over. On another note where was the home support?, like the second half team half hearted.  Remember you are in the Championship now, no god given rights here, you are going to have to learn to suck it up and play real football,

We had enough chances to put the game to bed but we are just not clinical enough.

Always knew they would get one chance and that's more or less what they had( apart from the crossbar shot).

We have one chance with the team selection starting line up to get a couple in front which is what we need because once our subs come on we look like a bottom 6 side.

James and Ramsey look decent.

Same old mistakes by the usual suspects( and I dont mean muslims, although Hamza was his usual dim self!

Night all..👍🏾

I know right. Can't trust the Muslims to do anything. Including the best attacking winger and defensive midfielder for Leicester.

Both are the problem. The biggest problem though is probably goal scoring. Across 10 league games we've scored 14 goals. When we only average 1.4 goals a game it means that when our dog garbage defending (looking at you Faes) lets us down, getting the draw is our best outcome - because we aren't scoring enough to get the win. Goals was always going to be our biggest issue, but Wout Faes is the gift that keeps giving, opening us up to the counter. Why is this a common theme? Teams have figured out our weakness. If we score first they know there is a statistical likelihood that we won't score another goal to put the game to bed. They just need to be diligent, focus on hitting us on the counter and Faes will inevitably gift them an opportunity.
