Be interested to see Anils analysis on BTG. What change did Pompey Manager make to formation/pattern of play in second half? What ever it was it worked and Marti had no answer.

Couldn’t deal with their press

Ran out of legs at 60 minutes 

Subs add nothing to the team. 
 

All in all, this game just highlighted all of our weaknesses.

That second half was horrific. The first half was ok and we could have been two up. Had we played the second half as we did the first, we’d have probably been fine.

All they did was put us under more pressure and made us make difficult decisions. They took more risks and surprise surprise we crumbled.

Looked great for the 5-10 mins I watched before the goal, we scored then switched off as if we thought the game was won, then couldnt turn it back on again after they equalised.

 

The manager promised relentless attacking.

That’s a very odd thing to take from the game. Hamza delivered just about the only bit of quality at the end of the game when we needed it. While when we needed Ayew he lets one ball roll out for a throw and miscontrols the next.
