Hamza isn’t good enough, the change last night should have been Ricardo in midfield and keep Hamza away from midfield. i think Ricky P would be better in the middle now, he is getting isolated at right back and caught out easily. Ricky p is finished 2
oundlefox Posted 21 January Posted 21 January I think it’s safe to say that if there’s an award for worst and most clueless manager in our 142 year history that this idiot has the number one slot nailed 2
teblin Posted 21 January Posted 21 January I take the point that its not just on the manager, the club is a mess. But the football is terrible, I didn't think it could be worse than Ruud and Cooper. At least with those 2 when we played the teams around our level or lower we beat them (Southampton, Ipswich, QPR, Spurs ). I know they were both awful. Just because the people making the decisions need to change, it doesn't mean you have to keep a poor manager. I don't think we would be in any worse position if we gave it to King in the summer. The plus of that would be the fan would want King to do well more than Marti or other managers. There doesn't seem to be much of a plan, its like a really crap version of Claude ball towards the end of his time here. I agree with what some people say though, it feels like there isn't any plan to sack him. 2

SafewayFox Posted 21 January Posted 21 January (edited) Got to give Marti props, I often say to my wife or kids that I’ve just witnessed the worst performance in years, just for him to serve up an even worse performance. It really irks me, Wrexham were rubbish, yet we had zero interest at taking the game to them. Edited 21 January by SafewayFox 2
Mickyblueeyes Posted 21 January Posted 21 January "Obviously when they took the lead emotionally that affected us a lot, a lot of frustration, a lot of situations that were difficult to understand but at the same time credit the players, they fought to the end and it's a point. "I think that doesn't change the fact we're disappointed. Always we want three points, We don't care if we're away, if we're playing a team that's doing well. It doesn’t change the fact we’re disappointed ? What fact Cifeuntes you absolute loser.

I think the only team I have seen us against this year and thought they are decent were stoke at home we were lucky to beat them. Other than that the standard is so so poor. Which is why Marti is failing in my eyes. Edited 21 January by teblin 1
beepee1984 Posted 21 January Posted 21 January It was the winds fault! That actually explains a lot, I assume this means we don’t train if the weather is bad and because our weather is always bad that explains why we look like a bunch of untrained ****ers on match days The players took to falling behind badly and became emotional and that caused the poor 2nd half Erm, they had 7 shots in the first 9 minutes of the second half, we didn’t fall apart when we feel behind, we fell apart after they had to spend 15 mins with you Also if the players were struggling, why not make changes instead of making just 1 tactical change 1
Stuntman_Mike Posted 21 January Posted 21 January We're just simply not a team under him and most of the individuals in that team aren't up to it anyways, so this is what you get. Players playing for themselves, zero structure or accountability. 4
Rubbersoul Posted 21 January Posted 21 January He promised non stop attacking football, always pushing to score more when we’re ahead. Two massive lies. For a man that said he likes to trust in the academy and give them opportunities he certainly likes to avoid doing so. First he picks Choudhury, a midfielder to play RB, then he brings on a RB who’s legs have clearly gone just so he doesn’t have to play a young RB. Don’t even get me started on the striker situation. Be brave for god sake! 4
Nick Posted 21 January Posted 21 January He's Oxford and Charlton next and only 6 points will do tbh. 2
StanSP Posted 21 January Posted 21 January His comments are demonsrrative of the mentality that's spread across the club in all aspects. The malaise. The rot. It's filtered down and out to everyone. Nothing changes until everything changes. 4

His best achievement is being mid to lower Championship with QPR. And he spent the last month at QPR wanting to leave for West Brom. 2

Rubbersoul Posted 21 January Posted 21 January Do you know how insane it is to be 28 games into a season and not have one good performance? 4
winteriscoming Posted 21 January Posted 21 January 10 wins out of 28 in this league is absolutely pathetic. Get rid asap. 3
coolhandfox Posted 21 January Posted 21 January His averaging a similar points per game as he did at QPR. 3 season in the championship with a similar points per game shows his not good enough. 1
FrankieADZ Posted 21 January Posted 21 January 26 league games this season......and we've not had 1 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good performance, by that i mean who game(im not gonna count ipswich cos after the 70mins we looked shakey as hell) that isnt good enough at all, Cooper and RVN would have done better than this clown

Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 21 January Posted 21 January The questions and his interview last night are reminiscent of a manager about to get the bullet. So no doubt he’ll stay for a while. The first 11 has clear flaws, but he should be getting more out of this squad. It’s totally abject and pathetic. 1
lcfcfoz Posted 21 January Posted 21 January Please leave before the end of the day. Andy king 2 games v charlton and oxford and keeps job with 2 wins. If he cant get them going, russel martin 2
kingpowerout Posted 21 January Posted 21 January On paper last nights result wasn’t terrible, Wrexham are in form and have scored in every home game this season. But what was terrible was the fking performance. And it’s a copy and paste performance over the last however many games. If the owner or board were watching that last night then how can they have any confidence in this manager!? Under Maresca, players like Mavididi, Ricardo etc were 10 times better so it just confirms that it’s down to how they are being coached and the tactics. The situation is now chronic, and I just hope someone at senior level is speaking to potential candidates. and fair play to the fans who made the journey last night in those conditions to have to witness that performance

The chairman isn’t here. Rudkin is still doing an incredibly poor job at one thing while trying to what most clubs have 2 or 3 people doing. Marti is staying and the club above him at board and ownership level is completely inept and not functioning.
