Suspect a return for Pearson wouldn’t go down well in Thailand. Given the emphasis in ‘saving face’ in Thai culture this may be a significant consideration for Aiawatt and his mother.

Funny how the crazy fat Greek at Forest moves in one day , as we are moving like the titanic from the looming ice berg, are we just getting knocked back?  if its Ralph why no news ? people talking about Thomas Frank are smocking crack ,  Dyche is along shot but not quiet crack smockingly so , the only prem club that would touch him is Burnley and would he want to go back when it’s a situation that will be worse when he the position is up and it will be mission impossible to save them , does he wont to prove himself where he has a chance with a better squad (relatively) and just jump next door into the next sh@t storm? Or just go a chill on a beach with a beer and leae it unti summer. option B would sound good to me.

Rudkin wouldn’t want to work with NP that’s the issue, Rudkin is the issue.

That I don't disagree with. Only person that has said no to the idea is Rudkin.

I'd imagine it's significantly easier to get things done quickly when you actually have a pot to piss in, and something tangible to offer down the line.

Just listened to WYS in full, Stowell mentions he’s spent some time with Pearson this week, and then bangs on about him for the next half an hour. Seems to me that Pearson has made it pretty clear to Stowell that he’s ready and willing, so we can bury this whole “not well” or “wouldn’t work with Rudkin” thing.

I think people have start to really banging the drum for his return, on social media and on matchday make it loud and clear how much the majority of the fanbase want to see NP return and not just as some form of interim until the end of the season either. Offer him the TD role which he can pick up in the summer

Yeh , totally agree hence “are we just getting knocked back?  but then why even sack Marti is there is no chance of offering contact that would get someone better in- this would mean that’s all pray for Andy King , and king defo does not know that’s the plan, God help him!

I want Pearson, the only manager available who can atleast get the fans back onside. I've just seen 1 minute of the Pre match interview with Kingy for the southampton cup game, he looks absoutely knackered.

Even when we did have a pot to piss they didn't move any quicker! !

The good news from my perspective is they can't make me hate them even more.

The delay in appointing a new manager would normally drive me mad. I've reached a point now where it doesn't even bother me. They don't care, so why should we?

Sad but true , despondency is a low point compared to anger.

Not true. Does want it. Club said “no thanks, not at the moment” a couple of weeks back.

Says it all then really doesn’t it…..

I bet they're moving through names and getting knocked back plenty quickly.

People in football cottoned on to how shambolic we were, long before media and fans did.

Look at Stowell and Cleverley "chatting with Nigel" and reminiscing. Managers talk and I'm sure other conversations have happened between people that have had experience with our hierarchy and word gets around, that's putting aside the state on the pitch.

That's not what was said I don't think. Cleverly is the Plymouth manager, Stowell I think is a coach down there. NP was also down there with them and said they were reminiscing. They weren't at Seagrave

Just listened to that part again and you're right, they didn't meet at Seagrave, but most probably at Plymouth.

Because to them it's a business, an asset, a commodity?

To us, it's part of our community and personal local heritage? We've been here before KP and we'll be here after they've gone.

Surely Rudkin needs a pot to hiss in, too... :P

Maybe, top is just getting drunk , in the polo club working out how to tell Andy King the truth. Probably go something like this “ Andy take a seat , would love like a drink ( pours a large brandy from for 10k bottle even though Andy doesn’t say yes) About this new manger…  yeah, bit of issue ,  no one wants it well no one any good! I have tried my best offered what we can,  even a brown envelope of cash to big Sam no takers – SOOO  you love the club right ? how does an extra 5k a week plus free golf sound?"

If top was clever, hed get Pearson in and tell him to rebuild the club from the top down. If that means rudkins gone and we Pearson can find his own boss then so be it.

Only way to make Leicester great again

Absolutely agree. Trouble is,  the reason it will never happen is contained in your first four words....

Getting relegated again would surely be even worse? And he was appointed at Leuven after the incident.
