RumbleFox Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 Honestly totally up for just appointing the hottest candidate.

But it doesn’t stop fans venting anger at a manager who’s had 1 win in 8 games and is reluctant to have young players in the squad for match days. Would we have more points with someone else in charge? I think we would.

AyewJoking Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 Russel Martin has to be better than Cif Wouldnt be surprised to see King get interim(one of our own) Appease the plebs and give Rudkin enough time to faff about faxing Potters agent

Popular Post Youngey62 Posted 26 October 2025 Popular Post Posted 26 October 2025 The problem is Top and his entourage, and that has sadly fed the decline . As much as I don't like tippy tappy Pepp copy ball, I don't think we should judge MC this early. We need to move the crap on , and judge him when his own team is playing. Not sure even the very best Prem managers could get a tune out of this bunch. Perhaps dropping even further and out this league will force the issue , and force Top & co to relinquish and sell up. Fingers crossed. 5
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 (edited) What about someone like Dean Smith - I’d see him as a safe pair of hands? Or I’d take Gary O’Neil. Christ we’ve fallen a long way haven’t we. Edited 26 October 2025 by Wasyls Pec Deck

Dan Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 Our players aren't good but our attacking output is truly awful, relative to the possession we have I don't think you'll find a side so uncreative no matter how hard you look. Mavididi and Fatawu's attacking numbers have plateaued. 1
Dahnsouff Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 (edited) No idea what we do from here. The signs of improvement are just not there and don’t think all the blame is on Marti, but it is only him who can start to move the needle, as the self policing is not a capability within this squad. fox_favourite Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 (edited) Robbie Savage. Honestly, sacking a manager isn't going to solve our problems. Same players and same recruitment team looking for a replacement. Nothing will change. This is bigger than Marti, and honestly, time for Rudders (at least) to go and get a proper football person in! Cropwellfox Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 The downward spiral won’t turn until there’s a much much stronger Director of football at the club. It’s so mindbogglingly obvious but Rudkin has got himself so close to the owner that there’s no chance this will happen. Meanwhile we think it’s bad now, there’s probably another 3 or 4 years of deterioration coming. 1

Man was seriously under appreciated as a builder and a steady pair of hands. We all know however that it'll be Russell Martin if we do sack Martí, hence why we should keep him in place. It can and will get worse if he goes.
TJB-fox Posted 26 October 2025 Posted 26 October 2025 Dyche was the one. And I, amongst others was MOCKED for merely suggesting him. We're fvcked. 2
