Those of us who didnt renew their season tickets this time around - are you feeling guilty ?

I gave mine up for this season and told myself i wasnt going to give a toss what LCFC did this year. I find myself weakening every so often sneaking a peak at the league table and catching the odd few minutes of champo roundups if i get in late on a saturday night. Seeing where we are after the latest result I am feeling guilty for not really caring but then i remind myself the utter shit served up against wolves, brentford et al last season just did my head in. I will make a conscious effort to sit through 90 minutes against derby on ITV in december and that will be my first taste of watching us "live". If they dont serve up some kind of entertainment and display that they give a shit then that is me done for the season. I really want to give a shit but they are not making it easy. Anyone else feeling guilty ? Please dont come at me and tell me i am not a true supporter - i was a season ticket holder for mclintocks one season of misery - i didnt think it could get worse than that but last season topped it. I didnt return as a season ticket holder until brian little turned up - i dont want to go that long again as i am 64 and dont have that many years left in me lol!

You haven't missed much. It's basically last season, we're just in a league so devoid of quality that we've somehow spawned four (!) wins, only one of which you could say we really deserved (Birmingham). Despite all that, we've been well beaten twice and spaffed so many points away on draws that the looming points deduction could put us into a relegation scrap. Again.

It's still largely the same spineless wastemen who let you down repeatedly last season, we still have the same DOF, we still have a complete lack of vision, we still play gobshite possession all-fart-no-shit football.  And we're now being found out, as many predicted we would. You've saved yourself money - the only thing keeping me, and I presume a lot of others, going is the matchday ritual and seeing friends and family I wouldn't otherwise see regularly in person.

Feel like pure shit man, I just want my Leicester back.

I don’t feel guilty as I don’t miss it one little bit

I must have been to 500+ home games and easily 60-70 away games since 1993.

It all became a chore that I was trying to break free from so thankfully Leicester made it easier.

As each week passes there is less chance I’ll return even for one game.

I think I mustered 4 games on my ST last year

Instead I support my new local team, and I’ve been to 11 games already this season.

I’ll freely admit that I miss 1990s LCFC but not this so called modern version we now have.

I do look back at those 90s games fondly and for me it means there’s two Leicester City’s, the one I loved and the other I could not care about

I don't feel one bit guilty. I'd ask if the club feels guilty for the cr*p they're serving up.

Everton away sealed the decision for me last year. Pathetic.

So far I've only done Huddersfield away which didn't really make me want to throw any more money at the club.

Might do 2 or 3 more games this season.

You are bothered, so why did you give it up, you must have seen worse, l have.

I gave mine up, the only thing that was tempting me to keep it was the prospect of seeing the youngsters like Monga, Page, Evans, Aluko and Alves but now Marti or maybe more likely the board are hellbent on playing the useless 'senior' pro's except for Monga.

Still i watch most games but hate the club right now. Hope i regret it in the future because that would mean we're no longer in this mess.

I renewed because I want to keep my seat but I am finding it a complete chore to follow this squad and ownership.

I'm sure it'll change the minute King Power sell up but I feel as though I have nothing in common with Leicester City. The club is so alien to me these days.

Been delighted not to be going. The sight of 13000 people getting up like clockwork to leave the ground between 82 and 94 mins pissed me off more than the results. We are an appalling group of supporters. The absolute worst of the worst.

Watch all the games on telly. Much more preferable.

Sorry its worse than last season because the expectation was higher.  A decent percentage of this side walked the League 2 years ago.  So should have least be more than competitive than this.

The manager talks A LOT, BUT his decision making is poor, keeping safe stiffs in and not giving youngsters with a decent level of experience i.e. Ben Nelson a go.

Its a bigger mess

I don't feel guilty about not losing 6 hours of every other weekend (travel and match) to stand in amongst a bunch of atmosphere tourists at the back of SK1, no.

Going from the highest high to the same level as before it all started in 2008/09, it's hard to get the motivation to go through the hard boring yards again.

I've seen the best most football fans will ever get to see and now I'm watching turgid football because we ****ed it up so badly. I watch it when I can now but if anything slightly interesting is an alternative, I'd rather do that.

Who’s your new local team if you don’t mind me asking? Non league?

No probs at all, I've been going to Brackley Town since 2020

We started going when Leicester could not open back up for that brief interlude in December 2020 and loved it, a real breath of fresh air the moment we walked into the ground

I grew up in NW Leics and continued my ST when I moved an hour South, and I have to admit my new 15 min journey home is a real breeze.

For me, there's a much better feel to my new club.  Players talk to supporters, all age groups attend and an all round good afternoon out every game.

In the past 2 weeks I’ve had the opportunity to watch England, LCFC men and women and non league, and I’m just lost with it all. England bores me, I struggle to watch the LCFC sides and non league you go down Wednesday night and half the players aren’t there come Saturday!
