I think we have all accepted that any chance of a promotion back to the Premier League probably rests on a fluke in the playoffs. But if by some miracle it were to happen, which players are you taking with you?

I'll be honest, my list is seriously dwindling which shows just how far we have fallen off.

Fatawu

James

Nelson

Mavididi

Ricky P

Thomas (Lol Bantz)

Monga

Maybe a couple more on top of that as squad players...grim really.

Fatawu one good game in 10

James only one remotely close to premier league standard

Nelson I like him but needs a few years in the championship 1st

Mavididi been woeful for over 2 years now

Ricky P finished at this level never mind the prem

Thomas who Luke or Silko both are league 1 standard at best

Monga with the right coaching Maybe in the future

None of them tbh. I don't think any of those listed should be in a Premiership starting 11.

The only one's at the minute who look like they have any sort of chance in playing half decent in the Premiership are Fatawu and James. Maybe Skipp as a last resort.

I didnt want to seem totally defeatist 🤣I wouldnt necessarily start him but I haven't totally written him off....👀

Fatawu, James, Nelson.

And they'd all be squad players.

Time to realise we're in the bottom half of the championship because that's the level our players are at

I think it demonstrates just what a monumental fall from grace we have suffered. How we have gone from top half Premier league quality to the skint dregs of the championship in less than a decade is quite something.

It's what happens when you have no strategic long term plan.

None. We aren’t going back to the Prem with any of these jokers. Get comfy, it’s going to take years, if not decades.

How did we go from 6th in the championship to premiership winners in 3 years, the same way we've gone from 5th in the premiership to bottom half of the championship in 4 years, momentum, much like Vardy was we are a streaky club, would you have taken 8 years in the premiership if it meant 10 years back in the championship? I'm 41 and have never really remember us being in the top division for more than 4 years on the spin before this streak. We are a historic yoyo club, there was a massive opportunity to change that, we blew it, regardless of what division we are in, I want that feeling of looking forward to a game again.

Potential

Jordan James

Monga

Used to think winks and Ricky but both have been as bad as the rest

Jakub did his best prime Danny ward today - utterly abysmal and yet cov away sold out!

This team would be fighting wolves for bottom place this season.

Total...shambles this squad and Marti yet again sitting on the subs

I admire the optimism behind this question
