What also gets me is the timing of it. Everyone was saying it was because of money. Now we know it isn't, it begs the question who on earth watched Blackburn at home and thought he was honestly turning it around from there?

I hold no anger towards Marti. I think he was a thoroughly good bloke who always tried his hardest for us. I just think he wasn’t good enough and came in at a time where not a single penny has been spent. 
 

A better manager will get a better tune out of our squad as limited as it is.

It’s mad but it literally doesn’t matter. We’ve had good mangers and bad managers in the past Marti was bang average. But the club is rotten to the core and until KP and Rudkin leave, the next manager(s) will fail just like Marti

Unfortunately it seems like Marti underestimated the scale of the job both on and off the pitch. It's a shame as he made a real effort to build a connection with the fanbase & city, but he fully lost the home crowd yesterday and there's next to no chance of any manager coming back from that.
