"I may have wrapped my car around a tree, but at least I rang a garage"

When you are in the position we are in any slight improvements are positives. I wasn't excusing any of the many failures but some people in here seem to be unable to separate the general failures of the club from everything else and never even admit there might be a slight positive its exhausting.

That's not letting anyone off its not forgetting about the problems

Like I said all those cumming all over King like hes the saviour of this club and all that wank.

THE PLAYERS are the problem here.

Even Jose Mourinho  or Antonio conte would struggle with these tossers.

See after Chatlton scored the 1st, all our little fairies walking to the centre circle, no leadership, no one going mad, no direction.

Wheres our Wes, wheres our Schmeichel,  Walshy, Elliot??

Rudderless from Top to bottom.

We are going down

By the way we are 100% getting relegated

It's the only outcome I see

Definitely! A squad full of bottle jobs.

No characters within the squad to turn the freefall around.

We are too reliant on our wingers to produce moments of magic and that makes us easy to defend against.

Ayew or Daka upfront is a waste of space yet we will continue to see that for the remainder of the season until we are relegated.

I genuinely can't remember ever disliking as many players in a Leicester squad as I currently do.

I was impressed by Aluko and Nelson CB pairing. They combined well, and having Aluko able to just drive with the ball and underlap was really useful.

Liked Aluko’s pace…Youngest ever centre back pairing?

A bit disappointed with Kingy tbh. Had a clean slate today to change tactics, formation and players but came out and emulated exactly what Marti was doing.

What do you expect him to do? It takes time to change things plus there's not many options.

If not for the red card, we would have won the game 2-0.

Can't put it on King today. Generated 2 xG, red card in 15 mins, Ayew missed a pen.

Its a shame this happened on his first day as caretaker. Because now the narrative has been set.

We would not have won even with Okoli on the pitch. The team selection was dreadful. The forward line has no goals in it & the defence leaks - it’s a terrible combination.

Tbh what can Andy King do when down to 10 men, our hands were tied.

I had money on the leicester win today but credit to the lads for the second half display, given we were a man down.

Ayew scores and the game, atmosphere etc turns...

Keep the faith with Kingy

Accurate passes today

Fatawu 5/17

He’s a push and run winger, and for that reason he should play on the left. The only dangerous ball in all match was Thomas on the left with a left foot.

And they call these clowns coaches? Not once do they even swap, why?

Coaches out! Ten a penny, let’s have a manager ffs.

11 v 11 we win that comfortably. Hard enough when you go down to 10 let alone when you have Ayew. Waste of space.

What evidence is there for that statement that ‘we win that comfortably’ with 11 players? I’ve barely witnessed a game this season, where we’ve clearly been the better team.

Funny, this exact paragraph is in the dictionary under “Delusional”

Surprised to see positivity for Pages performance. Thought the second half completely passed him by. Not a criticism just an observation, very hard for a 17 to come in and shine in midfield in the situation we’re in.

Fatawu completely unprofessional today, and Riccy should really have done something about it.

Yes, that defenders arms were over him everytime Fatawu had his back to him, but when losing the ball Fatawu did no tracking back and spent most of his time arguing with the lino. How he didnt get booked i dont know. Poor, poor attitude.

Both our wingers would progress overtime if they were pass and move wingers.  We constantly get opened up by this yet the tactics are to get the ball to the winger with their back to goal standing still.

Thomas proved he is capable of overlapping a winger and Mav proved he can pass the ball to the space ahead and it produced a decent cross yet they don't bother to do it again.  Mav will literally skin a player and have space to cross only to then cut back for another go killing all momentum.

I agree. It’s a challenge for these young lads to compete against experienced and hardened professionals. I felt we also lost what momentum we had when Monga came on for Mavididi. Coming into a side lacking confidence is a big ask.

King has been part of the coaching staff that has overseen this dross.  He is part of the coaching team that hasn't improved any player.

Today, to me at least proved that his ideas and techniques were not silenced by Marti as he set the same players up to play exactly the same way.

Absolutely. King has his hands tied somewhat but that ‘midfield’ of Choudhury, Page, Fatawu, BDCR & Mavididi will be overrun by any team in this division who are willing to put a shift in. Physically weak.

This has been the situation all season. I’ve lost track of the number of times he’s lost the ball (sometimes illegally) but sat on the ground remonstrating and the game has progressed and we have conceded as a result.

This is a vampire team.  It has no soul.  I bet it doesn't even have a reflection when it looks in the mirror.

Yes so I will admit Andy King got the substitutions wrong.

Cowardly to put on more defenders.

In-game management was poor today.

However, the result today was primarily decided in 15 minutes.

And this is the sort of mentality which is sending us down.

The defending and Thomas for their 2nd goal. Absolutely pathetic. This team is finished. There is literally nothing there. No manager worth his salt is getting to entertain this job.
