I commented on the match thread that it was liquid football in the first half. It was pure liquid poo in the second. Even before they scored we looked timid, characterless and vulnerable, almost as if we expected whatever was coming.

King isn't the man for this job, he can't motivate this below-standard, pathetic bunch.

If we go down. The prognosis cannot be good. How many loans do we have outstanding with MacQuarie that won't be tenable if we are relegated? What buyer in their right mind will want to put £100m into an ailing club with massive running costs / training ground just to maybe get it back in the champo. You could buy the next Wrexham and get behind them instead.

There's a strong suspicion we are TOTALLY ****ED.

Just looking at the bright side... if Southampton won does that mean we won't sign any of their players?

It’s in a common area, could have been Southampton players

Too many in the club don't care.

That was Rudkin on the phone to Top.

Just staring at the messages lost for words expecting to see something happen. Just keep coming back to re-read like it’s a dream. Work tomorrow is gonna be even worse than it has. At least I’m not the only city fan. Embarrassed but at least I wasn’t among the laughing stock on the pitch. Take there massive wages though……sigh….

If you need an idea of where a footballer's mentality is at by the way, Fatawu is sat reposting this for his socials. Presumably because he scored.

Such is my lack of confidence in my team that with the score at 3 v 0 after 30 odd mins I bet £5 with Betfair at 110 to 1 that LCFC would go on to lose the match.

Going to create a Biff Tannen style financial empire but instead of finding an almanac from the future I just keep betting one hundred pounds that Leicester lose sizable leads and have players sent off in the first half.

Very real situation where people wish King Power never bought us. For that only the unimaginable can happen but it's heading that way.

I wouldn't be too sure. Remember the chairman and Rudkin were caught on camera laughing when we were losing to Liverpool.

That kind of mentality will feed across the entire club - just as we are seeing.

A safe investment strategy

I know he’s young but how much of a twat does Mukasa look by the way after his goal celebration? Read the ****ing room pal, you’ve walked into the football equivalent of Chernobyl.

Over 30 years I’ve supported this club, home and away week after week growing up, sometimes at home with the just the radio commentary to go by, sometimes so nervous about the game I’ve actually been sick whilst waiting for the result.

Tonight, I didn’t even know we were playing until I saw the pre match thread was “hot”

I fvcking despise you Top

He knows he won't be here next season.

Yea loved you as a player Kingy, but **** off. Worse game management than even Cifuentes managed.

He's the management equivalent of Jeremy Monga though isn't he.

Wildly unready for this. I said months and months ago people calling for him were being unfair, he needs to be left alone to develop. We're a dumpster fire right now and this is cruel.

The first half is exactly why he has promise as a coach. Picks the right team, sends them out, we perform, everything is great.

What happened in the second half required experience and confidence from someone with time in the job, though. When things started going wrong you have to know how to fix it and he just crumbled.

He needs help ASAP.

Even so, these lot can't read the room at the best of times but if you're not inconsolable after a game like that you shouldn't be in professional sport.
