First half, plenty of bodies up the pitch, Thomas barely in his own half doing what he’s better at, not defending. Ricardo in midfield too, moving the ball quick and forwards. Second half, neither fullback got forward at anytime, couldn’t defend, never stopped a cross all half. Winks became anonymous too.If it’s on the players, I’d like to have seen Kingy bawling at them to push up the pitch but saw nothing.

Last night for the first time in a while a defeat has really bothered me. Normally I’ve over it in as soon as I’m out the ground. It feels different this time. Like confirmation.

I think this is honestly the first time I truly believe we will be in league one, and may even struggle there too. The team is a total disaster. Usually I shrug it off, but this really did hurt, it was a total embarrassment. A true sign of just how much we have truly collapsed. Before I was just like yeah it’s mid-table inconsistency, now we aren’t even that, we are just a total disaster

King getting blamed, but it's the players, no desire to close down crosses, from Fatawu, Pereira or Page on first 2 goals, Nelson was pathetic on the 2nd and 4th, or to do the basics of defending.

Enough posters wanted 3 at the back, Kingy went with too early but there is absolutely no excuse for the players regardless of formation.

To bottle a 3 goal lead is criminal, everyone at the club should be fined 2 weeks wages.

Truthfully, King has to take responsibility for that.  Even, Piper on Radio Leicester said the same.  As admirable as he is King, and I respect him for previous efforts as a player he was clearly out of his depth as a coach for that 2nd half.  We came out showing no attacking intent at all 2nd half.  How, he expected to hold onto what we had I don't know let them have the ball and run at us.  To then take off your two wingers, and Daka who was actually causing them problems with his running was beyond stupid.  King was culpable.,

People have been saying a lot recently about how we're yet to hit rock bottom.

I do think that this is it. I think people now realise that this team will not recover from this and will be relegated in May.

First sub was weird, should’ve been a double.

Lascelles coming on was not needed, especially at home.

Why bring Silko on ahead of Richards?

I was dumbfounded. Take off an attacker who's playing well for a defender and completely invite the pressure.

We've seen it so often in the last couple of years, desperately hanging on at the end of games that have been comfortable. It's cowardly, it's passive and it never, ever goes well.

And seriously wtf does Aluko have to do? Both of our fullbacks are terrible, he's been really impressive and he has to sit on the bench and watch that.

The ingredients for survival are there, but there's a brain disease occupying the club that keeps playing clapped-out old men and weak-minded fannies week in week out.

I can just about put up with shit performances week in week out after all I've seen it so often.

But to show how good you can be in one half and then to completely capitulate in the 2nd half does for me and is so much worse than just being shite.

Last night was the moment we will all look back on at the end of the season and beyond as a defining moment for our club. Whether we avoid the drop (unlikely), bounce back up, stay a decade in League 1, or simply go out of business, last night will be the significant moment we all will remember.

I’m not sure why the game plan is ever to defend when it’s blatant that we can not defend for shite. We could be 8-0 up and this bunch of spineless gutless dweebs would conspire to find a way to surrender the game, pathetic. The vast majority of the (use the term lightly) senior pros in that team (use that term lightly) are a disgrace, stealing a living. So angry at that bunch of ***** even 12 hours on, there’s losing a game and there’s that.

Nelson is a player that I don’t think we’ll ever see the best of here. Could see him thriving in an actual football team that has structure.

He’s obviously not blameless. Had plenty of howlers and I say that as a fan of his.

I can't believe any manager at 3_0 and cruising at half time would tell his players to sit back in second half and defend like nob heads

I don't blame king this is on the players and they need to start taking some responsibility they ain't kids

Yes he's a bit shit. Was also a bit for Birmingham's winner.

People are finally starting to see what I've been saying all season. No doubt his fan boys will be out in force.

Standout players still are 6/7 out of 10 in 90% of matches even if the team is crumbling. He is slow, has the reaction speed of a cat that's been run over. He is just as bad as the other cretins that play for us bar JJ, he is literally the only player that can come out of this season with his head held up high.

Defending is all about attitude and mindset. Just do the basics well. Close down crosses, make sure you are switched on and first to every ball. Appears we just aren't fit enough for 90 minutes of intensity. Everyone knew last night that even though we were 3 up at half time if they got one back it would be panick stations. King somehow has to address these issues but for me doesn't have the personality to do it. Maybe a good coach but not a manager.

Did anyone clap that performance last night?

In and around me in SK4 yes - think they were clapping Mukasa to be fair but they got an absolute barrel full and rightly so. Read the room.

As I say im not blaming king for the players attitudes and I wish people would stop making excuses for them

They are professional footballers with no pride in their work

How many more managers will they get sacked until a light bulb goes off

Read the match thread. He played well yesterday up until the last 10 minutes when the entire team shit the bed. People were rightly praising him.

Sorry but how? He is slow to react to things. Even in the first minute, after Thomas' mistake, he is the only player that can see the forward free and still doesn't mark him. He reacts at the time the player hits the ball over the bar. Same as the one they dragged wide in the second half.

All of our defence are shocking. I'm hoping Lacelles is the man to play alongside Nelson and help him because he needs it. He is still only young and has limited experience which shows.

Nelson had a good game until the 80th minute.
