The underlying stats in games have been marginally better under him,  compared to Marti, but he's just too cautious with his approach and selections, which has cost us in the end. Out of his depth at a club of this size.

Yep, we were in a situation where we couldn't attack and couldn't defend. 

The only solution for any manager here was to throw the kitchen sink at everyone and just desperately try to outscore our shitty defence. 
Rowett has come in and decided to try to draw us to safety and pray teams around us keep dropping points. Every week he sets us up to limit the amount we concede, every week we fail and he repeats. 

Then he comes out and bangs on about the fact we've had 20+ shots that were of poor quality from non-dangerous positions as if that justifies his system. Does my head in.

Another caveman manager with zero tactical nous, ideas, counter attacks or passages of play.  

 

He hasn't actually done anything different to Marti and King.  They should all go, all the coaching staff including King, all the back room and technical squad.  For the image that Pearson had, behind the scenes he was ahead of many.

 

They just repeat the same mistakes every game, as if the reoccurring faults aren't even acknowledged as an issue.  They need some old fashioned cyber bullying.
