I feel like you need to go down the same route as Cardiff. A promising number 2 ready to step up. 
 

not an ex player who fancy’s themselves… someone who’s been putting the work in. 
 

but the reality is, we’d be more likely to go for John terry than some promising coach working their way up.  BBM should have just been given the nod with us from the start

They'll not sign him because he'll be considered tainted and will spend until the last week of July pissing around before offering it to whichever Wasserman client is available.

Challinor has obviously done well but Stockport are a well ran club and he's benefited in the same way that Brentford managers do.

Need to look at assistant managers/first team coaches with something to prove and want to manage. 
Similar mold to Chris Davies who went Birmingham and Murphy who we stupidly let go Cardiff. 
But with these clowns it’ll be easier just to stick with Rowett.

Ahh I missed the Skubala shout. I agree, it’s a ridiculous shout and would be a stupid move from him. 
 

If Neil fails to take Millwall up then realistically are they gonna push again? Probably not. Neil coming to us, even in league one isn’t THAT farfetched. 
 

I’d be much more inclined for us to go for Challinor providing Stockport fail to get promoted or Stoke commit suicide and fall out with Robins.

Because the Millwall manager will not be on a shit load of wedge and he lives in the North West so think a move to us, on reasonable wages and much closer to his family and home might be attractive plus if Millwall don’t go up this season I think they end up mid table at best next season as they will be pillaged for their best players.

So come on, realistically who’s taking over? 

How has Rowett, a well respected operator over very many years at this level proved incapable? He is working in a toxic environment with an awful squad who don’t care, nor possess the minerals. It’s blindingly obvious the issues and he isn’t
