Personally, I think he is very cringe but I would take him if we could get him. I didn't realise just how good a record he has in L1/L2, plus KDH seemed to like him I'll be taking a sabbatical and actively wanting us to lose if this knob or Russell Martin are in the dug out I'll never ever be able to forget this - the look at the camera and then going at it again. Play off semi final. 4

FLAN Posted 30 April Posted 30 April Are we relying on the new technical director choosing someone good. The guy chosen by the idiots who got us into this mess

Somebody has dropped a tenner on him as a joke. Prepare for much more of this kind of thing over the next month or so
Grebfromgrebland Posted 30 April Posted 30 April Speculation on the manager is pointless right now, we need to see who's left and available at the end of August
teblin Posted 30 April Posted 30 April Rather keep rowett that have Darren Ferguson. That’s this years preki surely.

Lionator Posted 30 April Posted 30 April 1/4 is pretty much odds on, someone has lumped a lot of money on him somewhere so hopefully it’s completely incorrect

les-tah Posted 30 April Posted 30 April Top and Rudkin are absolutely trolling us if Darren Ferguson gets the job🤣 1

TrentFox Posted 30 April Posted 30 April How unrealistic do we think Scott Parker is? Brings him closer to London. They might not be queueing up for him at a club he would desire. He gets two seasons here, barring a disastrous season in L1. That’s almost a lifetime for most managerial appointments these days. Could he face the mess we are? Unknown. 1
Greg2607 Posted 30 April Posted 30 April I may turn out to be wrong on this statement.... But IF people are expecting us to land Russell Martin, Scott Parker or managers of that ilk, then are going to be very disappointed with who we manage to land in League One. I still laugh now at the time that people on here turned their nose up at Emery before he went to Villa, as he "wasn't the calibre we needed" at the time. We will either get a big name with no managerial pedigree, starting out their managerial career - Wilshire, Cleverley, Mason etc........ or a name that's a bit past it now, - Mowbray, Bruce, Smith, none of it is going to be pretty, or inspiring.

Bluearmyfox28 Posted 30 April Posted 30 April Are there any rumours of Chris Davies leaving Birmingham or are we just assuming they’ll want a higher profile name?
