Souttar may get a move, Bobby Reid will 100% get a move to a championship club. Monga if it’s true what I’m being told is going to Man City anyway…. So, I think the squad will be less than this.

I predict by the time the season starts, King will be in charge still, and we won’t have signed anyone. We will still have a few of the high earners on the books and will be trying to offload them. I can genuinely see that first game being basically academy players.

Something like

Stolarczyk

Aluko

Nelson

Gray

Thomas

Page

Braybrook

Evans

Alves

S. Thomas

Hutchinson.

That team beats the one out out against Swansea.

But Nelson won’t be here.

That team isn’t going to be strong enough for League one. Will get bullied like we are this season.

tbh I never warmed to El Khannous even though he had a few glimmers of talent - from the off I felt he was the embodiment of the modern cocky, self interested, disloyal modern footballer who wouldn't blink at the opportunity to leave us to better himself which he proved by having a paddy and wanting to leave because he didn't want to play in the championship

That really Fuchs me off when he was one of the un loyal mercenary cnuts who got us into this mess in the first place getting us relegated from the EPL and start the downfall, Rudkin has got so much to answer for when he has given out amazing wages and contracts to players who were just not good enough to compete in the premier league trouble is tho our blinkered Owner has no clue no idea and is so incompetent at being the custodian of his late fathers football club he’s far too immature stubborn incapable to run this club and to know we no longer want him or king power having anything to do with our club he needs to sell up before he bankrupts us if or when we go down it’s a no brainer that we will be going into administration something the fuchers @ the EFL ( EVIL FUCHING LEECHES!) another reason to dock us points, it’s really a worrying time for us as a fanbase we really need this group to sell up wonder if the UAE boxing chap Turki Alalshikh still wants to buy into an English football club and invest in its future if so Top give him a call and sell to him !

If not bullied even more by the seasoned Div 1 players especially if we have to play the kids

If Winks’ contract isn’t up in June I could see us being stuck with him next season.

Can’t pay him off. Can’t see anyone paying to take him away. Don’t see him taking a pay cut to leave.

Winks alone  probably blows our entire playing budget in League One.

We will need a genuine fire sale - the kind we should’ve had in June 2023. We’ll end up selling Monga (United) and sending Souttar and Kristiansen out on loan. The rest will probably still be here with the odd few leaving for a pittance.

Winks will defo take a cut to get out of here - he has bled us dry so won’t need his next contract to be like the one we gave him- plenty will want him -

never want to see him or any of them for that matter in our shirt again

I think he'll be easy to get rid of (even if we're taking a hit), and he in no way is going to constitute our entire playing budget; let's not be overly dramatic. He's probably got a wage drop in his contract but even if he doesn't, we'd likely offer him on a free and subsides some of his wages for the remainder of his contract. But still plenty we'll be stuck with for sure.

By the time we start next season I genuinely think Harborough Town will be able to give our first team a good game.

If everyone you expect to leave goes, including Monga we could start

Stola

Aluko Nelson Souttar Thomas

Braybrooke Skipp

Evans Page BDR

Hutchinson

subs Bausor Cartwright Opuko etc

which is a proper mid to lower table.league one side.

I have genuinely hatred for 90% of this squad. Get them all gone. Promote all of the talented kids into the first team and sign the best players in L1 and some experience heads from Champ clubs to get us back up.

Having said that, I have zero faith that we will get promoted back up within 3 years.

This will be an absolute **** up. We will need to bring in about 10 players and there is no way Glover and Rudkin can do that successfully.

No doubt we will get stitched up by a load of agents and end up with a load more willy pullers.

We don't do rebuilds under this ownership.

We sell what we can and then we buy whoever agents offer us at the end of the window with what budget remains (probably overpaying still and flouting FFP'.)

If you're expecting any sort of coordinated, strategic rebuilding of a squad based on key positions required and the personalities needed to transform the culture of the club and playing squad, prepare to be disappointed.

Imagine paying premier league season ticket prices to watch this team in league one.

Can't believe so many have or are renewing under this board / ownership

It’s the situation we’re in.

You can’t rebuild in league one anyway. Not unless you can spend a shit tonne of money like Birmingham did. Oh wait, you can’t do that anymore.

We’ve ended up ****ing up at exactly the wrong time……..

Would rather we are given an embargo for the next couple of years and scrape our way through league one seasons than give Glover and the rest of the incompetent bellends any more opportunity to piss money away on awful players.
This seasons 2 windows combined has resulted in 1 decent acquisition. Last seasons not even that given El Khannous’ character massively dubious. That’s 1 decent signing across 4 windows combined.
Less than 3 months ago with it abundantly clear the financial meltdown we are in, promotion impossible, we decide to spend god knows how much a week on Joe Aribo and fail to get a striker in. Beyond criminal.

We would genuinely be better off not getting anyone else in at all until Glover and whichever idiots he uses as scouts have all ****ed off.

Glover doesn't get enough stick on here. He is as big an architect of the decline as the main suspects IMO.

To be honest, for all we know he could have recommended the 2nd comings of Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar but the club has declined them. We always hear stories about how clubs looked at players but didn’t take the chance etc.

If the club say no and we “need proven premier league experience and this is your budget”, he’s peeing into the wind really. Not a lot of point in him being here.

I couldn't care less about the players we keep or sell.

My Donald Trump 2 point plan non negotiables before I come back down the KP -

- Rudkin leaves

- The finance people involved in multiple years of financial mismanagement are made accountable to the fans and leave

Negotiable

- Top sells up. This is something I want to happen but maybe longer term to achieve

This is a great point in reality.

I’ve said fit before, however for all the hype our youth players get, they aren’t exactly pulling up trees in the division they’re in.

They have also struggle in the cup games against League 1 and 2 team.

Next season will be a grind.
