Looking very likely, will this help us in anway with loan deals etc?, with James McCarron on board too surely this is a possibility? Wouldn't be surprised if they get Monga and loan him back.

The way the club let him down   Doubt it

Not sure why he would do us any favours, he owes us nothing at all, and were the usual suspects at the club honest with him during his time here?!

Imagine Mukasa will warn off any potential loan players

Mukasa was nowhere near good enough, and only got so much game time because he was from Man Cities academy.

Vincent Kompany has just bought a 3.4m house in the area, someone I know is refurbing it at the moment.  There's a good chance it's him unless his family have stayed in the area

People on here still think he did a bad job here and at Chelsea.

and our boardroom thought there was a genuine possibility that he'd love to come and manage Jordan Ayew.

Have a word chap. He is probably the greatest manager the PL has ever seen. Oh trophies speak for themselves too.

I really doubt he holds any grudges, he wouldn’t have come to watch us if he did and he has never spoken particularly negatively. He did a job, and got an upwards move. He did well from us at the end of the day.

But I also doubt he will ‘do us favours’. Man City are a smart club and their players will be sold/loaned out to the maximum benefit of the club. Assuming we aren’t in the market for permanent transfers from them and are talking loans, it will be whether we would be the best move for the players development.

Given we are toxic and a black hole for talent, I would not expect Man City to want to loan us anyone for this reason not anything to do with Maresca.

Quite,

Football is seldom a game where anyone does any one else any favours from Step 6 of Non League up to the PL.

Very difficult to replace Pep, I don't think anyone can do that, but I can't see them being so dominant under Maresca.

Don't know how anyone can say he did a bad job here.

Dont get me wrong, his football is amongst the least enjoyable football ive ever watched, but it got the job done.
