The younger players have been the shining light of exactly why we can get out of the division. I believe the squad is too good on the basis of their wages, their transfer fees and their backgrounds.
 

If Martin has constructed a squad on high wages and transfer fees with the biggest budget in League 1, and can’t get us anywhere near the top six, he should be torpedoed out pronto. 
 

The top goal scorer in the division is a 30 yr old lower league journeymen, 5 of the top goalscorers in the division are plus 30 including 35 yr old Matt Smith and 36yr old Nakhi Wells

I’ve tried my best to see the good in keeping him. Thinking he’s changed it up going five at the back. 
 

But It’s still incredibly frustrating to watch. And like some have said we simply look like an inconsistent mid table league one club. Thats quite disheartening as we’ve seen this coming a mile off but totally powerless. You never think we’d find ourselves here. 
 

Can’t trust the board to go and get someone like Challinor, they’ll just fck everything up as usual. Best bet is to stop caring.

As much as I don't like Martin, I don't think today was that. We started with the same formation.

 

I just think Luton were better at pressing us and we wouldn't deal with it.

 

We kept it simple against Donny and Bromley, but then we were afforded the luxury of them dropping deep. So it was much easier for us to pick up possession on the second ball against them.
