I’m well impressed with dr Congo.. they attacked early knew it was a weakness.. and played beautifully. The keeper on top form. It was a fa cup match for sure, and the underdog didn’t get the result they offered. England march on, no need to be open early… the defence is an issue but I said that about France.

Was wondering if they chucked something over him

There was a clip earlier of him, De Bruyne and someone else getting soaked by a sprinkler in the hydration break (ironic) which was funny so it was probably still from that unless he’s been really unlucky and had another incident just as he dried himself from the first one!

I agree on Foden but Palmer ought to have made it. I know Madueke has more pace than him but he just does not have the technical ability and with Eze and Rodgers in too we needed another gifted creator in Palmer.

With Saka not fully fit I guess we needed an out & out winger, did Madueke get in because he plays for Arsenal, Bowen might have been a better option.

if you're going to do a pitch invasion wouldn't you pick a slightly bigger game to do it?

LCFC v Burton Albion?

Look out for a 70yr old waving his cock as he runs across the pitch at 70 mins.

I love Belgium no.5's hair.   Looks more like an IT student instead of a pro footballer.

Just looked him up.  Ah,other obscure random Brighton player.  Why am I not surprised?

Trent was brilliant for the last 3 months of the season for rm…

i can understand not wanting to start him but surely you bring him over Quansah or Chalobah - neither will get more than a handful of minutes so surely you'd rather have Trent for games like Ghana where you just need a spark.

The Southgate connection is still there, every player played.. Bellingham, teams just want to make it hard.. they had superman on goal.. overall good performance. The first 25 mins, you don’t want to be doing that with Mexico

Even the commentators and pundits are living in Belgium’s “golden era” still. They’re a woeful side. De Bruyne is well past it, they’ve no decent striker and look so weak at the back. I feel sorry for starman.
