Unpleasant team. Some good players but reckless in challenges under pressure and players in will go down at the slightest touch, wailing for a free kick.

If they go a goal down it could be carnage

Full backs a let down in this french side. Centre mid isn't fantastic either but they have to have 2 workers in there because the lack of effort the front 4 put in defensively..

This is why I fancy Spain over them. Better team overall, even if their attack is less exciting.
 

They have far more control than France, and notably better midfield, better full backs.

I can’t help but think a few other teams might have seen VAR intervene over a red and/or pen at some points in this half. At the moment though no Paraguian’s even seen yellow.
