In the context of a sensible well run club it could be a decent signing, a la Kevin Phillips. In the context of the current ownership it's another sign we haven't learnt anything to me.

 

Suspect he will be expensive, and unavailable for large chunks of the season, though will get goals when fit. The road to recover looks like it's not starting yet.

Looking at the squad available today and making the assumption that Farce’s agent will find somewhere for him to crawl off to and Okoli will leave too they are going to need a few more older heads in there. As long as this guy hasn’t been signed to start 35+ games it’s OK

We’ll need about three strikers and it’s only for one year so hopefully he’ll be able to make some sort of contribution. Let’s face it, he couldn’t be much worse than last year’s options could he? He’ll also potentially be playing for a second year?

Tolaj would be a cracking signing but not sure if we have the money to get him.
