I don't get the commuting issue, didn't Schmeichel, Drinkwater, James, Simpson et all all used to commute from the north west and it was never a problem?

On an unrelated sidenote, but quite relevant for your LCFC fellas as well, there may be some potential smoke in regards to the takeover rumours. Got it from a reliable source that there have been talks with potential investors at least thrice over the past years, and one of them was Todd Boehly. The same Todd Boehly who is now suddenly looking to offload his stake in Chelsea. 

Not going to say that there is something there, but it's quite a coincidence. ;)

I think someone claimed to be ITK and said a few weeks ago they heard he was interested. And then I think its just the coincidence of him selling up at Chelsea within 24 hours of the EOI window, plus his links to Citibank.

 

So nothing credible, just educated speculation.

People looking at any slight glimmer of light through a full on shower of brown stuff, that is all it is. 

 

People want the owners out, and seeing rumours of anything other than them get people excited.

 

I mean, some people are just thick, but hey such is life.

It was never a problem because they used to associate outside of football, they wasn’t clock watching to dart off home, there was coffee clubs and team meals that the players arranged between themselves

This also has Winks on 90k, when it was proven he wasn't. I would always use capology as an estimate, rather than fact.
There's also people like Soumare, Aribo, Lascelles who didn't play the full season, but are added to the annual list.

People are just used to the transfer rumour, ITK bollocks and believe this is a similar process. It isn't.

****ing hell I completely forgot we had Lascelles. Usually takes me much longer to forget pointless players than that

that's not going to change if they all live locally, the players either want to associate with each other socially or they don't with the money they have where they live makes no difference
