I think the pressure to sell is more pressing than that 

they can’t hang around 

suspect they would add conditions to the sale which means any compensation received would be payable to them (as a percentage - othwewise no incentive for the new owners to pursue anything) 

would be more complicated than that but it’s workable

By the same metric they'll have to agree that anything we are deemed liable to pay to Leeds will be funded by them then?

Even a collective approach would create a minefield of problems as the whole scenario cascades all the way down the leagues and the Cups as well. A will owe B who will owe C&D etc.

 

There'd need to be some pre-agreement that all clubs who believe they deserve some recompense would contribute a proportion of the costs and receive a proportion of the proceeds should there be any otherwise this will go on for years and cost people more than the achieve if any. It'll be hard enough to try to prove that their cheating affected the outcomes of any results.

We were always told by people on here that "corporate is where the money is" and that's where we should focus our efforts.

 

To the suprise of absolutely nobody with a functioning brain, corporate is the emptiest section of the stadium now we're shit again.
